These lads are fab. Always delivering on time. Those last minute call's to Sam for this machine and that, nothing seems to much for him! Always smiling and good banter. Well done and keep it up.

Excellent service at short notice and at a very competitive price. RGA extracted, transported and installed our current machine into our new place. They uninstalled and relocated the existing machine which was the job of an indolent agent. RGA completed the work without fuss and efficiently. Soon after, we purchased a cooker from RGA as the current appliance was defective. Sam price matched against Appliances Direct and had his staff deliver and connect the appliance within 48hrs. After eating a delicious meat biriyani, chicken curry and a trout supper I can say I have no issues. We would unreservedly recommend RGA as they are thorough and Sam keeps his word.

I was served by a handsome young man by the name of Sammy. He was very helpful. He gave me good discount as I purchased 2 Hotpoint Washer/Dryer machines, which I must point out are very silent (unlike the previous ones I bought from Dixons). Sammy helped me choose the best appliance within my budget. I was unfamiliar with the Energy rating scheme, and this young lad spent about 25minutes explaining in's and out's of EPC guide, and how much money I could save by buying a better machine. Next month, I will be popping back to this store to buy an american refrigerator, as they are awaiting delivery of some new stock. I would like to suggest Sammy for the employee of the month to his employers. 5/5 service all the way.

I asked for frost free fridge/ freezer unfortunately one that frosts was installed for me. A few days later I called the salesman on the phone that I'm noticing frost in the freezer compartment and he says the new frost free fridge/freezers may show some initial frost but will later defrost.
A few days later a family member passed away in death and I was going through berievement. Everything about the new fridge/freezer was put on hold. It wasn't until after the funeral I had a proper look at the manual that came with the appliance and found that it wasn't frost free!!
I called the salesman once again, explaining how so much frost has built up and this was not what I asked for. I was shocked when he replied that I did NOT ask for a frost free appliance!!
I asked for a frost free replacement and the salesman out rightly refused!
This is a bad experience for me and so I don't recommend R G A Appliances.

I bought a fancy american fridge from RGA, the shop had very good assortment and my fridge was 70 pound cheaper with them then with other big businesses, delivery was organised on Sunday, they didn't let me wait. The services were good. Apart from everything they have arranged for me the extended warranty, it's good to get secured with an expensive thing. Thank you.
