Sam at RGA Appliances on Stoke Newington High Street saved me almost £100 this week. I told him about a very specific problem with my freezer (according to the manual "system not reading actual temperature" so alarm on constantly). I had been quoted £82 by another company just for the call-out charge alone (despite my asking if an engineer could say if the problem was resolvable). Sam recognised the problem immediately and suggested a complete defrost, et voilà..... it's working again!
He didn't earn a penny for the advice so the least I can do is thank him and recommend him.

Fantastic customer service, friendly and knowledgeable with speedy delivery and good range of products. Excellent service! Delivery guys arrived well within the allotted time slot, and unpacked and disposed of the packaging, saving me a trip to the recycling centre. They even positioned the chest freezer exactly where I wanted it, which was an unexpected bonus as I live alone and a lot of deliveries these days are only to one's door. Suffice to say that I'm more than pleased with the service and very happy to recommend to others thinking of buying from RGA APPLIANCES . I would certainly buy from them again.

RGA Appliances helped us replace our fridge which had broken - I sent photos of the broken fridge and they were able to diagnose that it couldn't be repaired and would need to be replaced. Then they were able to source a suitable replacement and install it, and even took the old one away to be properly disposed of. The guys who came to do the work were friendly, quick and left things tidy when they were done. Would use again!

I’ve purchased many appliances from RGA I do this because of the exceptional service I receive every time I make a purchase, they offer electrical goods at very competitive prices in many instances cheaper than the major suppliers such as Curry’s, Argos, Euronics, John Lewis etc.
Nothing is to much trouble, there always on hand to give advice even if you don’t intend buying anything, that’s something the major suppliers need to work on. I’ll always support local independent businesses where I can, excellent service which cannot be bettered what more can you ask for!

I was desperate for a good quality condenser dryer. I went into the shop, asked Sam for his recommendation and bought an AEG dryer.
