Wanted a hand tied arrangement but was told we would have to wait 25mins as she was on her own. She was quiet short with us and gave us the impression she didn't want to do the arrangement. No one else was waiting to be served. Wouldn't have thought it would take so long to do. Also on Google it said they were open on Easter Sunday, we were very happy as everywhere else was closed and we really wanted these flower for my sisters birthday, so we went again, only to find they were closed. We had another wasted journey. Very disappointed as we have used The Flower Rooms lots of times and never been let down.

Can't fault them. Lovely little shop, perfectly placed just inside Gilrose Cemetery. Laura and team did my little boys funeral flowers, very well priced and actually a lot cheaper than other people I contacted beforehand. Naturally have gone back to her for my Grandma's funeral flowers and also advice on my sons grave in terms of plants etc. She has all sorts in stock but will order anything you ask for within reason. Can't be more grateful for what they did for my boy, they were beautiful. (The elephant and the JJ and The Star on the photo were done by The Flower Rooms)

After an unfortunate experience, when ordering flowers from The Flower Rooms, I gave the wrong postcode for the delivery (not my fault) so the flowers didn't arrive at their destination. Laura kindly offered a full refund, which she didn't need to do, I thought that was very kind of her thank you.

Absolute joke of a company Guarnatee services and CHARGE you premium delivery and then don’t meet it! Placed an order and was guaranteed delivery and nothing day due and they don’t answer the phone in the store! I called over ten times no answer and ignored my emails! I then opened a dispute after still not receiving the item two days late only for it to show up three days later than what I paid for! I got no apology from this joke of a company no offer of refund for the premium service I paid extra for yet didn’t receive! My advice buy your flowers elsewhere from more professional people who actually value your custom and deliver on what they GUARANTEE!

Always go here for coffee when at the cemetery lovely friendly staff the flowers are reasonably priced .you can take the coffee away with you if you want to tend the graves

Well people write review for a reason, Apparently my email order got "lost" and thanks to a contact in Leicester who got my order delivered 2 full days late with a, wait for it, box of chocolates to say sorry. No sorry's to me even though they took my money. Too bad as won't use them again.

Seems like a standard experience with this place, paid a premium, which never got delivered, and had no answer to my many calls or emails, luckily I was protected by using PayPal, but don’t take the chance! Would have given a no star review if I could.
