Very Poor service..refused to serve.Timing shows closing at 1600 on google and on the door as well.I was there 1535.Guy told we are close and lady by the counter were smiling.When i came out and have seen same guy coming out with flowers as looks like he was the customer.Come on its Valentines Day and that was the last hope.Very Awful !

Julie was so helpful and compassionate during the sad loss of our Mum. She didn't rush us in our decisions and gave us good advice regarding flower selections.
