I have been a Flowerworks’ customer for many years. I have purchased flowers for every occasion. To celebrate new babies to saying goodbye to loved ones. And sometimes just for me, as a pick me up or as a treat. The customer service is fantastic and the flowers and plants are simply divine. Hence why I keep returning. If you want to support a local business who is truly amazing at their craft, Flowerworks is a wonderful choice.

Parveen's flowers have always been and still are very much exquisite! My family never go anywhere else. The exciting colours and types of flowers she provides reflects her unique and strong passion for flowers. Leicester is a better place to be a family-run business like this. Absolutely love this independent florists, I have had bouquets of flowers some for special occasions and some just because. Always buying plants from here as they are good quality and have such a variety. Everyone who works there is so helpful and friendly with great advice on how to care for the plants and flowers. They also have some lovely plant pots which I have to say I also have purchased. Can't wait to see the new extension of the shop.

Flowerworks prepared the flowers for my Aunt’s funeral. What they delivered was truly stunning and brought joy to a very sad and difficult day for my family.
Not living in Leicester I had to take a gamble when choosing a florist. I looked at many websites and called the florists that appealed. Flowerworks, stood out a country mile with their response and service.
Chloe who looks after the funeral flowers was incredibly kind and guided me with knowledge and skill to choose what I needed.
What arrived today for the funeral were far beyond my expectations. The display for the top of the coffin, white lilies, white roses and irises were exquisite and the spring flower wreath was beautiful and with a wide range of different flowers in the most glorious colours. Two sprays made for other family members who followed my lead and used Flowerworks were equally as beautiful.
I’m used to London prices for flowers so was delighted by the value for money at Flowerworks.
I cannot recommend Flowerworks more highly.

I ordered a bouquet online for my sister's birthday - we were supposed to meet up in Scotland for the occasion but it wasn't possible. I picked the Florist Choice and they were wonderful. Such a gorgeous arrangement. My sister loved them and said "there is such a variety of flowers, I'm going to rotate the vase every day to appreciate them". I had asked to include something vaguely Scottish if possible (!) and there were three beautiful purple soft thistles amongst the display. Superb service and attention to detail. Very good price too. The high quality and choice of flowers, the skill of the florist in making a beautiful bespoke bouquet, the carefully hand written note, the presentation of the delivery. The choice of using a local chocolatier to accompany the flowers. The customer service in resolving any issues, including delivery in a specified time slot. In my opinion one of the best florists with a passion for product and service.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after the brilliant experience I had in Flowerworks earlier this week. The staff in there could not have been more helpful. I wanted a bouquet for my Mum but know nothing about flowers. The girl who served me took the time to ask questions about my Mum and what sort of things she liked. The end product was beautiful and I couldn't believe how good the value for money was. As someone who used to buy flowers from supermarkets, I'll never waste my money on these again. First time buying anything from Flowerworks but definitely won't be the last! Thank you girls, my Mum loved them!

I know times are hard but they are for all of us before this virus you used to walk some flowers down to my wife's shop for around £20 /£25 ?
Now you asked me for £30+ and £5.99 delivery fee for a 5 minute walk I wouldnt mind but the last time you delivered flowers they died by the next morning and you had to take another bunch as an apology? I have now used Buds of Leicester who are doing the same job but driving in to Leicester for the same cost as you used to charge ? GREED WONT BRING BUISNESS BACK YOU WILL LOSE IT ??GOOD BYE

Amazing range of plants and bouquets. My house is filled with wonderful, healthy houseplants from this shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who were always happy to answer questions on how not to kill my plants in my low-light flat. Great range of bouquets too, with fast local delivery.

For Mother's Day I ordered an extra large bouquet of flower's from Flowerworks. As unable to visit the shop in person I was apprehensive, however I am UTTERLY BLOWN AWAY by the quality of these flower's. They were so fresh upon arrival and some are still in bud so they will last a long time. I cannot recommend Flowerworks highly enough. I've never seen flower's so unique.
