Leicester Market has a good range of stores to choose from. Fruit and veg, leather goods, mobile phones, bags , watches, jewellery etc.. It also has a cafe. The market is covered so bad weather doesn't spoil it. Well worth a visit.

I feel really old world buying fresh produce with my pound sterling in a lively market. And truth be told it's the best place to buy seasonal fruit and veg. Delicious and cheap. And they have all sorts of goods as well. The merchants all yell which is unusual, but it's also a fun quirk

Quite a few stalls today..quite busy.shame though ..its not anywhere near as big as it used to be and some of the stall holders have gone due to the rent being whacked up to high. I think this could have all been thought out a lot better.
