Small shop, bought shoes they only lasted about 6 weeks. Also letting in too many people at a time during Coronavirus. 16 in a small space similar to a local corner shop.

Appalling customer service. Ordered an Ordnance Survey map at 9pm online, 8 am the very next morning woken up due to an automated telephone message from their Warehouse Department stating the order was being processed. Why telephone at such an early hour to give this nonsense? But it it gets worse, two days later at 5am I receive an email from the very same warehouse department stating they cannot find any stock and I have now been refunded. Thanks a lot now I have no map for my backpacking trip plus I was totally messed about for three days with utter nonsense. Avoid this company.

New to Leicester. Experienced excellent customer service from young lad who greeted me as I crossed the threshold. Personable and very helpful. Found just what I wanted and returns policy seems good too if you need to change or return something.
