Polimil a Dishonest Company Dishonest Company tell you they have stock Which they don't then take your money and then tell you days later its out of stock and then you have to chase them for a refund and 10 days later i still have not had my refund. Do yourself a favour and stay well Clear of Polimil they are nothing but a bunch Liars just look at all the other bad reviews will tell you the same thing

Had a look online and as it wasn’t too far away I visited the store today. The staff were courteous and attentive without ever seeming pushy. The lady that served me was lovely and so helpful getting out colourways for me to see and checking stock quickly and with a smile. A lot of company’s could learn from that customer service! Both items I picked up were also very competitively priced. Will definitely be back!

An independent outlet that can look as if it's closed if you visit in person (you can buy online through their web shop). There is a couple of shops working together here - I think one does footwear and the other outdoor gear and some sport stuff. Bought some boots - were happy to return/exchange as I didn't try them on until I got home. The replacements have proved to be excellent. Most of their stuff is quality and competitively priced.

I ordered a pair of boots advertised on the Polimil website. They charged me via Paypal and a while later told me that they in fact could not get the boots. They refunded me through Paypal but I was stuck with the exchange rate difference (nearly $20 for nothing). When I contacted customer service they just said it was their policy over and over again. So I'm out $20 because they falsely advertised a product they didn't have. They could have easily compensated me but chose not to. I will never again do business with this company. Buyer be ware!

I was generous giving them one star. Website wouldn't take payment, too busy or some such amateur excuse, so rang them and they couldn't take phone payment but assured website was now ok, so got home to buy said item only to find they had put the price up by 35 quid. Basically a rip off. my advice ? there's plenty places sell what they do, use someone else.

Pros. Customer service was very good. Andy was polite and helpful and my refund was arranged same day. Cons. Both of my items were out of stock and the offered replacement was unsuitable. Overall 5 star for customer service but 1 star for the company. If I can't buy the items I need then there's no point shopping here. All it would take is a live stock system to be in place to prevent customers from wasting their time.

I ordered a pair of boots from polimil and after a month the sole began to come off. I returned them for an exchange and received another pair. When I recurved the second pair the lace loop was damaged on arrival. I again returned them and called regarding their return policy as it was costing more money to return. The person on the phone told me they would call me back that day. A week later I called them and asked what was happening and spoke to a vey abrupt person so I cancelled my order. I would not use them again or recommend them. Awful service.

I'm bitterly disappointed with the service from Polimil. Phoned to check if an item was in stock. They said no but it will be in a couple of days. Checked back a few days later and was told it was in stock. Ordered but had no confirmation e-mail. Checked by phone a few days later and was told 'not actually in stock but expected tomorrow and will be sent straight out. Two weeks later nothing. Called again to be told 'not in stock and not expected for a couple of month's'. Sorry, not goodnight. Refund please. Two days later and nothing. Tried a Facebook message and finally got a response. Might get a refund if I'm lucky. Do yourself a favour and shop with a company that conducts itself professionally and values customer service. This lot don't. ????

Despite some bad reviews I had to use this firm with apprehension as the only supplier of a Snugpak product in the area. Throughout my dealings the company was excellent including replying to an e-mail query the same day, answering a telephone query and putting the item on one side until we could get in. When we arrived, Lee, who had answered our phone call, was very helpful and efficient. We left with the hold-all as very happy customers.

I ordered a pair of YDS Boots from the website on 19/10/2018 and then received an email stating there was a discrepancy with the stock and they had to cancel my order after accepting my order and taking my money. The management did not even have the decency to ring me in person and tell me my order had been cancelled instead they hide behind an email. I am very unhappy and have told my friends, family and work colleagues about my negative experience with Polimil. I most certainly will never be ordering from them ever again. Word of mouth goes a long way. It is difficult to build a business, but very easy to lose business with poor customer service ran by incompetent individuals.

Requested refund and had no reply to any emails. Had to raise a dispute with Paypal in order to receive my money back. Poor customer service. Avoid

I made the mistake of ordering from this company on Amazon. They were OK, but nothing special. So, I rated them 3 out of 5 with the message "no comment". This company subsequently used the contact number I had given Amazon to facilitate delivery to instead contact me and rant about the "negative" feedback I had given them. When I told them that I don't enter into correspondence about the feedback I leave and asked them not to contact me again, they sent three further, increasingly petulant emails before finally getting the message that further contact was not welcome. I eventually had to contact the ICO to get them to stop contacting me. Their final message to me was "I've spoken to Amazon they have blocked you from ever ordering from us again." They seemed oblivious to the fact that their lack of professionalism to that point had guaranteed that outcome whether they would wish it or not. This vendor came across as increasingly unbalanced and needy. I would not recommend them to anyone else. If they act this way about merely neutral feedback, I dread to think how unprofessional they would be if a customer were to complain or leave negative feedback.

Ordered some boots, they took my money and then decided to text me 24hrs later to say they were not in stock. Two weeks later I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. I tried calling customer services for over a week and just get an automated message saying they are closed. Finally rang today was number 1 in the que and it still took 30 minutes to answer. I would NEVER order from this company again. AWFUL service avoid at all costs!

So. Very. Confused. Bought a pair of boots on the website - Got an email from Frog Island Sports - not Polimil... Expected delivery between 3-5 days (as it said) and it's now 8 days later.. But just had an email from Hockey Factory Shop... saying that my delivery will arrive on Monday 20th... Don't think this is particularly helpful to customers! Need to sort out having just one customer facing brand!

so after seeing all the bad reviews here i thought id just give a quick review of my experience. Iv used Polomil for years and never had a problem. I dont order stuff that often but when i do it will be over £100 order. Always use paypal, so in case anything does go wrong, you always have paypal to help you out. Not that iv ever needed to as my service has been completely fine with them and orders get to me no problem at a great price.

Customer service needs work. Had to involve google involved as struggled to get in contact for a refund. If buying from i'd ensure you select the box for google protection and maybe even use paypal as it will be easier if there is issues.

Ordered a pair of Oakley sungigs over 2 weeks ago, the money was taken, waited a few days but re dived no confirmation email, so hunted on the Internet for a phone number (it's not on the polimil website) to be told sorry, they thought they had sent me an email to say there would be a few days delay, still no sunnies, no email, no nothing. Terrible customer service. They're cheaper than other places, but it's no good if you don't get your items. Avoid at all cost.
