Changing rooms are closed due to covid (just like all other shops) however they are not offering a refund if you have to return clothes that don't fit (which every other shop is doing)! They will only give store credit, which is useless if you don't come here often or are on a tight budget! And the staff was quite rude about this. I can't support shops with awful customer service and it's a shame because I love supporting charity shops. Luckily there's many others in this area.

I visit this shop when I'm in the area, and have a good browse...9/10 I make a purchase. They have a good variety of clothing.

Great charity shop, but it's a pity the cafe is closed because of Covid 19. Bought a few bargains today! Highly recommended! Very friendly staff and volunteers...

This charity are not as a location, high prices are expensive cost for bad material which does not deserve the this high prices, I never find clean choose, always dusty and disgusting, you can not event think to put your foot inside. Clean chooses please and respect your customers. When you want to close do not be rude, respect customers and give them value, it does not mean if they buy from charity they are without value.
