Awful rude staff especially if you look in the younger range, (16-24s) they make you feel unwanted by staring at you as you browse. Also so much stuff is overpriced that you can literally go to the original store where the item would have been sold it and buy it cheaper there and brand new. Its disgusting that they can call themselves a charity.

Absolute horrible service.
I arranged a collection to donate 6 bags of clothes.
They don't give you a time for the collection just a day, so you will have to be home all day until the driver decides to show up.
The drive never showed up, twice!
I lost 2 free days waiting and had to reschedule within a week.
They also don't even give you any confirmation by email or phone, and tell you that they will call you back but never do.
Just a waste of time, if you need to arrange a collection do yourself a favour and do it with another charity, cause it can't be any more disorganised than this.

Staff are generally helpful here and genuinely grateful for any donations of clothes etc. If you are a regular donor, ask for a Gift Aid card which means that the British Heart Foundation can claim tax back on your gifts.
