Took a bag of nice clothes to donate around February , the guy by the tail was extremely rude. He asked us to drop it on the floor without even looking at us. We asked for their bags so we could take our own bag back, that guy just threw a bag to us ON THE FLOOR. We were so shocked but we were in the hurry, that guy should be trained properly to work at the tail. Definitely a terrible experience!

Excellent store ! They will gladly accept old books, DVDs and CDs. One of my go-to stores when I’m having a clear out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Closest station is Baker Street, or maybe Warren Street tube. If you’re not bringing a lot in one go the distance shouldn’t bother you.

Very nice staff here.
Has books, clothings and home furnishings. Book selection for children are less than that at Portobello and also not as new but we still found 2 lovely books to buy.

Whoawww HOW EXPENSIVE? Charity shop aside prices are ridiculous! I tried Ted Baker jeans on priced £30 and they had massive hole in them! Had to give them to staff for rag man! I’d rather buy new tbh and I love a good rummage but this was just one step too far. VERY inflated prices even though it was central London!

This is their flagship London bookshop (or the previous one, I'm not too sure) and I spent a little too much time browsing the collection of books. There's the standard second-hand stuff and a display at the side housing some beautiful antique specimens.
