Seriously these people can’t refurbish alloys the the worst alloy wheel refurbishment job I have had done as yet. The work that was done is not a professional job in any way. 4 alloys refurbished and 4 new tyres fitted. Told the job would take 1 day. On the fourth day no phone call. To arrive at there place. To find the ruffest quick blow over job on my alloys. No full refurbishment. A quick dry sand and painted over the old flaky original paint. That little paint paint used I can actually see straight through the paint too old original paint below. A RUFF scabby flaky unprofessional refurbishment. The 4 new tyres fitted do not stay inflated. They leak badly around the rims on the fronts and rears. I’m out with a tyre inflater every 2 days to put air in them ????. Give these guys your car and expect a professional job. Unfortunately this can’t be done at Loughborough refurbs!. Basically what I got was a quick rip off job by unprofessional workshop cowboys. Strong smells of cannabis being consumed on and around the work place by staff members! Everyone to there own. But I’d rather someone high on drugs didn’t work on my vehicles. Disrespectful and unprofessional attitude towards the public. I will never recommend or return to use Loughborough Refurbs! Poor quality work! Unprofessional staff!

Either pay a surcharge or pay 'labour charge of around £70 incl vat' on a 10 min job.
the supplier of parts (parkers loughborough) says I don't have to the surcharge as the garage will be refunded
Wasn't told about the labour charge before the work was carried out.
Either way, wasn't a nice situation to be in when your motor is in trouble. I'd recommend STAY CLEAR and go elsewhere

Unprofessional attitude from the staff 4 new tyres and fitted all the tyres deflate regularly 4 alloys refurbished seriously amateur job had to be taken elsewhere to have to work done correctly a complete waste of money and time.
