My favorite vet for my French Bulldog. Dr. Kevin has taught me so much about properly caring for my beloved frenchie! We’ve moved around and have had to work with different vets and our experience with Brompton Veterinary has been the best of them all. Very helpful, professional and always takes time to answer ALL of my many questions which are answered honestly (even to tell me when I don’t have to come in and when I can save some money). Thank you so much!

Best Vet Clinic in London! I wouldn’t trust my dear cats to anyone else. All the staff is really lovely and professional, from the vets to the nurses. You can really see that they care about animals. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

One of the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. Terribly difficult to reach, consistently (and oftentimes deliberately) ignoring emails, phone backs. A simple but urgent matter of amending a pet passport vaccine record (which had been ommited on their part) took an absurd amount of time to resolve. Incredibly frustrating people to work with. Moving our dog to a different vet.

All I can say is I wouldn't trust any other veterinary clinic with my french bulldogs. One of my frenchies has severe anxiety due to a traumatic experience at a previous clinic. Kevin and Charlotte were quick to accommodate my dog and meet him at his comfort level. Our first appointment was held outside the practice, no scrubs or anything which would make my dog uncomfortable and my dog quickly relaxed and fell in love with charlotte. Both Kevin and Charlotte own bulldogs and are very familiar with the breed. After having Frenchies for four years now, I have been to hell and back with different clinics and the care I have received has been far superior compared to anywhere else. I highly recommend Brompton Veterinary Clinic especially if you have bulldogs. :)

An excellent vet's clinic. We have never had anything other than wonderful service from all the vets here, friendly, thorough and professional. The vet nurses are all amazing - our dog loves going to the vet because of the fuss, love and attention she receives here!

The entire staff here is so lovely. I have seen both vets and they always answer any questions I may have no matter how small, and they make sure to personally follow up on the phone with any test results. The front desk staff clearly love animals and what they do. I have never gone in there without my cats receiving a lot of love and snuggles. I will never go anywhere else in London with my boys.

Simply the best Bulldog vet there is. Find the prices competitive with most "Medivets" but the competence on a much grander scale. Would never take my dog anywhere else

Vet is very helpful and attentive and clearly cares about animals and their well-being. The one receptionist is not friendly at all and seems to ignore anyone who has a cat. If she's not an "all" animal lover then perhaps she shouldn't have a job at a veterinary clinic.

Sadly service had changed ... Although I usually liked them, today I phoned them regarding a minor emergency and they simply turned me down. Not only was this very disapointing but also extremely stressful for me. I can't recommend a vet that's simply not there when needed and during business hours.

Stay away. I had several warnings from the neighbourhood, as near as twice over last Christmas, I blame myself now that I didn't switch vets. This is what I went through, it is living hell. I lost my little girl on 29/1/18 it was a torture, horrific 3 days from Saturday 27/1 to Monday 29/1. I have been to hell and now everyday is the 29/1. For 2 weeks I was telling them, last week was there Monday, Thursday 27 (waited 1/2 a day little girl was exhausted), Friday 28: argued and begged them I’m worried about the weekend about tonight that she'd need oxygen and iv medication. She was coughing from Christmas for 6 weeks and got really bad I kept on alerting and saying it's getting worse, she had began laboured breathing, I was still sent home, their senior vet won’t call despite of so many visits, calling in and calls wanting to speak with him. The junior vet from Friday doesn’t even look at me in the face, he is ignorant without compassion. I was sent home without taking one look at her. They booked me “again” on Saturday at 12.20. This last visit was Friday early evening. My girl got into cardiac fit on Saturday morning. It was absolute hell that weekend between two hospitals. On ventilator at rvc. Managed to fit her for emergency surgery on Monday afternoon. Only to lose her, she arrested around 2.30 her surgery was at 3.00. (1) They never told me of surgery option, I discovered it in November in the park seeing another pet- as happens from same vet, but they had told them about surgery and the did it. (2) they never explained any symptoms of heart failure to be alerted even though with any sign of illness I called and brought her in (3) In May 17 They nearly again sent me home when I refused to leave and family member came in- a doctor to save the day, it was pyometra and she went emergency surgery on the day (given that the junior doctor did a good job at surgery but he missed diagnosis initially but-for my relative) but he failed and the others in multiple visits to diagnose it which would have advanced the disease. (4) She was not diagnosed with mitral valve disease until advanced stage d in February '17. She was seen at least twice in the summer, June and late August '16, how on earth did she go to stage d and for how long when she was examined regularly, not detected. (5) Failed her through series of failures, poor/no diagnosis and mismanagement. Stunning incompetence and lack of compassion. Previous to the fit and collapsing on Saturday morning 27/1, I was concerned my worry that her lungs may have fluids, coughing a lot and not urinating enough or drinking water enough meaning her medication needs adjustment (this discussion was btw going on as far as December). (6) her bop level was 6000 which they knew but were not alerted or address it even though I was giving them the other symptoms. Her blood test result wasn't emailed to me despite many requests until that Friday evening hours before she collapsed on Saturday as turned out in the hospital her lungs were full of fluid. (7) She had an absolutely awful women called Livia a horror, aside from ridiculously expensive (more than the specialist hospitals) but her attitude and total lack of compassion for pet or kindness was something to else. I had no idea they were symptoms of congestive heart failure she was going through, surely they should know if they were competent, I am still in shock how did she slip away and balme my self every passing second why I did not move her to a different place. They killed her. Her life was robbed from her

Bit hit & miss on the attitude front especially from the main guy, singularly unimpressive. Animals take second place to the money. No empathy, cold & uninviting on every level.
