I started the process of moving my pension funds away from Willis Towers Watson ("WTW") to a SIPP. Each time I called WTW, I got different answers to my questions and the timelines they gave me were always missed. It took them a week on average to respond to my emails. It has been a month and a half now and I still do not have my leaver pack or transfer quotation. Avoid at all costs.
