I took my little puppy to Kynance Vets for his first vaccinations. The team were very welcoming and informative. The Head Nurse Elyse was exceptionally helpful! She answered all of my questions that I had with being a new puppy owner. She was very attentive and gave Woody lots of puppy cuddles which I'm sure he loved!

This is one the best vets around, I take my 2 dogs, Doombar and Frisbee there because they are the only vets in the area that have 24 hospital hour care. I usually see the same vet, Tom who is amazing and caring.

This place offers no help to your pets, all they want is your money. My cat was taken in for less than 1 minute for health check and vaccine. It cost £89 and he got red eyes the next day.
I’ve been a very loyal customer for longer than 3 years and still get treated like rubbish
My family and I will not be going to this practice any more
My cat almost lost an eye and they blame it on the medication but it was the vet who recommended those meds.
Worst service ever they don’t care about your pet.

Very unhappy after last appointment. We've been happy and loyal customers of Kynance Mews since 2005 but since their takeover by Medivet the place has not been the same. Spent £69 yesterday for a casual unhelpful investigation of my 10-y-o Chihuahua, William, by a young and apparently inexperienced vet. The new Medivet website boasts of parking spaces (ask our staff how) when in fact they have none and you're left parking on the street in shambolic council parking spaces. Stressed and not going back.

As said in other reviews I experienced deadful communication with this vets who failed to call as scheduled multiple times. I was forced to call instead and they would give the same excuse of bad paperwork, my 3 year old sog passed away in their care from an illness they could not identify. They said they would call with a time to collect her ashes and after waiting a week longer than they said to call we telephoned to discover they had misplaced them and that they would call us once they were found. Another week later after not hearing from them we called to discover they had been found and we collected. They then tried to scam us for an extra £40 on top of an extortionate bill for "tablets to take home after an injection" despite our dog having passed. Disgusting

I took my cat for a check up last week, the check up took less than 2 minutes and it cost a ridiculous amount of money for a two minute check up... a day after my cat suddenly became sick so I contacted them for a follow up appointment to be told I’ll need to pay another ridiculous fee for another pointless check up. This veterinary will not help you, they will only take your money.

Is great that they are opened 24h but the information given every time i take my dog is not complete or clear. regarding his recent vaccination they did not do the full round , explained why or even filled in completely his passport.

Every single person (nurses, doctors, even patients) I’ve met at the Kynance vet clinic is simply extremely friendly! I think the staff really cares about their patients! Yesterday when I came in with Teddy Peter even talked me out of a procedure that would’ve probably been lucrative for the clinic because he thought it was better for Teddy to wait at least a few more months before having it done! I’m so happy we found you! We’ve been to clinics in the US and Austria before since we had to move a lot the last couple of months and I honestly think this is by far the best clinic we’ve been to! Thank you for caring about your patients! :)

Used to be Very professional.
Last visit at their new location last thursday very disappointing. Referred me to an ophthalmologist outside of london (1.5 hrs drive). gave me wrong information. Didn't call me back or manage to help me when o called on the Saturday. New staff not properly trained.... such a shame as it used to be such a good clinic. and on top of that charged me £92.

We take our acting company director Miss Missi to this practice and we are always delighted by the exceptional care she receives.
Today she is back to work after having a tooth out. This was performed under a general anaesthetic. She is on fine form and we have clear instructions for the aftercare medicine to give her.
A wonderful service.

I have been going to this Vets for 5 1/2 years and it has seriously gone downhill.They have new out of uni vets with zero experience.I saw one called Adam who administered the wrong medication to my small dog.He gave him Tramadol on IV drip and take home medication alongside other medications when he wasn’t even in pain he had an upset stomach.His health deteriorated very quickly and he could hardly walk,didn’t touch food or water for 36 hours and I rushed him to the emergency vets.I was told he should never have been given the medication he had and had I not rushed him in it could have been a severity.I took him into Kynance a few days later after complaining and they had the audacity to charge me when it’s caused by their incompetence.All they care about is money and not the animals welfare...

Posh anf expensive vet clinic. Everytime you take your pet there is always different people dealing with it. Hard to get urgent appointments and you must always wait long for your turn despite of funny appointment time given: 10:55 or 2:25 etc.

Outstanding veterinary clinic. I could not recommend this practice any more if tried! This is the best vet we've ever been to, in both in the US and UK. My 16-year old Siamese has had appointments with all of the 3 vets in the practice and they are all thoughtful, patient and really care about your pet. Our appointments never feel rushed, and time is always taken to answer every, single, anxious cat-mom question I have. As my pet ages, she has had more and more ailments and they always take the time to carefully research and understand her symptoms. We are especially thankful to Dr Luke White for his care and expertise. This is a caring and affordable practice, and I feel as though my pet is in the very best possible hands every time we visit. I'll never take my pet anywhere else.
