Went to Lakeside Range today for Christmas decorations and I can honestly say...the staff were soooo helpful to us ( mum's disabled) . The cafe staff were lovely. The Range management should be proud of their lovely helpful staff.

The store was a total mess not like most of the range stores we have been to in the past. You could have mistakenly thought you were in their warehouse. Definitely would not visit that branch again

We went to The Range Thurrock today 1st January for some wallpaper. They unfortunately only had three different batch no’s and we needed two rolls. Along comes the most friendly polite and extremely helpful man called Andy, he couldn’t have done more to help us. What a a credit to the Store. Thanks.

I don't have anything bad to say about this store: whenever I need something for the house or for a project, range usually has it. It has become my go-to store for any home decor and furnishings, but also art supplies any other misc items - like dog toys. All of the items are priced well, and all of my experience with customer service has been very good. If you want to find the price of something, or are not sure how to buy an item, the staff can help you quickly as they know what they are doing, not to mention they are really friendly. :)x
