Very friendly staff. Struggled to find the right curtain pole for my son's bedroom, Debbie was really friendly and took her time to help us. She is amazing!! If a manager reads this, give her a payrise!

Purchased 4 chairs today. The young man upstairs was incredibly helpful firstly greeting us, then in bringing products down from display for us to try. In between, he helped another customer by taking a chair to the till for her. Then straight back to taking our order via a ipad. He is an asset to the company!

Dunelm sell beautiful home and garden products. The click and collect staff are not as friendly or helpful as the Chelmsford store who are very friendly and helpful. Chelmsford will be my no 1 store.

Firstly I had an altercation with another customer who would not keep her distance.
Secondly, I was walking towards the checkout & got confused with what direction to take. 3 employees were standing & nattering together.
One of them was trying to inform me that I was going the wrong way, but she proceeded to touch me on my shoulders.
I told her that's fine but she invaded my personal space by touching me.
At first she denied her actions, but apologised once I insisted that I should know when a stranger touches my body or not.
I left out of there as quickly as I could, without purchasing anything.
I felt violated.

Good stuff, but a strong suggestion. Make sure you always cross check your receipt because their tills are probably programmed wrong or the staff is not trained, you will always be charged more for most of the items. Recently I have been to their store for 10 different occasions and guess what, I was always overcharged and when I made a complaint I was told "why didn't you check it when you were given the receipt ". Well I had my twins with me and I had alot of stuff to carry

This store is a really good one, easy to follow covid measures in place and really helpful friendly staff. Click and collect service was a dream so so easy will definitely be using that again! As always beautiful things in there and all laid out lovely, plenty of parking and it's on the edge of the retail park which is brilliant so you don't get stuck in all the queues!

I was a bit disappointed on the customer service.
I was looking for something and asked a staff member and I was disappointed on her response and just point in the direction were the would be.
I just think that more interaction with customers is needed, it actually made me not spend as much as I was going to.
