Had a really lovely shopping experience today, the staff were extremely helpful. The level of customer service was second to none. Both Hayley and Kara in particular are a credit to this company. I would highly recommend this store.

I really like shopping here as the stores always look very well presented and the staff are friendly and helpful. Some of the candles smell amazing (winter, pomegranate and orange grove are my favorites!). It is not a cheap shop but the products are good quality and stylish making the store a feast for the eyes (and the nose!)

Lovely little store with friendly staff & some nice things available. I thought it was a bit pricey (therefore 4*) but seemed to be good quality so probably worth paying that bit more in the long run I would think.
I only invested in a gift voucher this time around for a friend who is expecting their first child as the baby clothing is adorable....but will head back to shop properly next visit ????

Store was really busy, understandably because of Black Friday Staff were rushed so I said it was ok to put receipts in one bag. After a traffic filled journey home found out I'd been charged twice for an item. Cant get through on the telephone no one picking up. Head Office wont deal with query as goods purchased in store and they say they only have no way of contacting the store. Very frustrating.
