We love Dunelm. There is so much interesting and tasteful homeware. We would not however shop at this particular dunelm again though and this is due to the parking crisis trying to get out of the carpark. We were stuck for a very long time which we were not too pleased about.

Nice furnishing options with plenty to shop. Try the sale period. We explored it when moving houses. First explored the online store and bought the items there and picked it up from store. Saves time. And got some stuff from sale that was exclusively available at the store. I find the quality and variety although limited but better than IKEA.

This store visit was okay, although they didn't have all the items we wanted to purchase in stock, hence the four star rating. The store is easy to access and has excellent parking facilities with plenty of spaces. Inside the store is a little haphazard with the same or similar items spread throughout the store which makes you look around more of the store than needed, maybe good for business but less so for busy and time strapped customers!

Excellent for curtains rods and poles. Also bedding. Tricky to get to if you don't drive. Bus to tesco then 2 main roads to cross. Thankfully they have pedestrian crossings!

Ordered blinds and gave measurements that were correct, blinds turned up and had been made to the wrong spec. Was then told it would be two weeks for them to be remade. Can never get through to anybody on the phone in store and their head office doesn't deal with made to measure. There is no real mechanism to make a complaint so am left with no choice but to leave a bad review.

Really great place to go some stuff is a little expensive but then it's good quality and loads of curtains to choose from mostly eyelet ones all very good price will be going again also they make curtains to beautiful duvet set to infact there's not much they don't have and there's a lift to next floor

Visited here to get some nets, customer service was not good and when someone did serve us the cutting of the nets was absolutely slap dash my 5 year old could have cut a straighter line on all 3 nets I got and to top it off the nets are too short! On the label it said 183 drop which is what I asked for but when I measured it was only 178 i dont drive so not going to bother taking them back just will go elsewhere for my nets in future

I purchased a quilt cover set on the 27th of Sept. I realised when I got home that I had picked up the wrong size & returned it (unopened) to the Romford shop. Unfortunately I had misplaced the receipt. I was told that it could not be exchanged. I asked to speak to the Manager who also told me it could not be exchanged, he also suggested I gave it to someone for a Christmas present!. Not happy with the response I was getting I asked to speak to someone higher. The cashier then rang their customer service & after about 10minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone the reply was.. If the Manager said no then it could not be exchanged!! Even though as I have said it was unopened! I found another receipt after I'd left the shop in disgust which states that goods can be exchanged within 28 days of purchase. I was furious. I then went to the Lakeside shop, asked a lovely lady if it could be exchanged & she said certainly, find the correct size, which I did & the cashier was extremely polite & swooped it without any fuss. Romford branch were absolutely rubbish.... How can one branch say no & another the opposite? Thank you Lakeside branch for your help and professionalism.

Big tin shed full of homewares. A huge variety of stuff. Anything you could ever imagine wanting to take up space in your castle is here. Go have a look round and im sure you will find something to buy.

The best experience ever. Young lady called Maya was so helpful at trying to find the pillow we were looking for, as the stock control said there were two in stock, but unfortunately none were found. Maya was just so lovely and so apologetic.

Nice place, nice things but we could not find what we went there for. Sometimes I think goods are a bit overpriced here. Shop floor is a bit messy and it is not easy to find a shop assistant if you need any help.
