Shop itself was good, however the cafe was not such a great experience, queued for 10 minutes to then be told wait off 20 minutes for food. See nice pictures of pancakes, but these they didn’t have. They could have easily taken away the advertising for this. Tables took quite a while to be cleared off old cups etc.

Friendly staff, click and collect staff was friendly and efficient. She scanned barcode on phone and got our items. Social distancing was in use at all times. We went to the Dartford store later in the day and the lady there was taking social distancing too seriously and would not accept a barcode, we had to shout the numbers out.

Enjoy the experience with Dunelm. Always pleasant. Cafe serves very good and wholesome food. I would recommend the cake. The store contains mostly of what you need for your home although has lacked choice when we have gone for something in particular. I like the design of the products.

Popped in for a coffee at Lakeside branch good value also had lemon drizzle cakeand a toasted teacake. All for less than £9.00 !! Staff very nice. Thank you. We will return. P.S cakes were very yummy!!

We went in as we were in the area and had a vague idea we might buy a rug or curtains. This is a pleasant shop, surprisingly well stocked with a wide range of stuff which seemed to be competitively priced. Not exciting but if you want household stuff at a good price well worth a visit. Close to A13 and M25 with plenty of free parking and many other shops to visit.

Long que to get into the shop. Once in there are arrows to show you the right direction of walking. Very clear. Most of the customers are sticking to the rules. There didn’t seem much protection for the cashiers.

Has a cafe in-store too.
Reasonably priced stock. Large car park with disabled bays and mum n child bays. Car park shared with 4/5 other large stores.
Only gave it four stars because it didn't have the bar stools we wanted in stock despite their web site saying they did.

When I went to Dunelm looking for a bed topper they had 4 different brands. Awesome. This is typical of the very wide range of products for sale. Plenty of choice and a range of prices. Great homewares.

Wow, what can I say. Here is a place that hasn't failed to deliver time after time. Whatever you are looking for in terms of housewares you can surely get it here at quality and pretty much fair prices. They are affordable than other shops and always well stocked.
