Waited for over 15 minutes for a supervisor then 2 showed up with attitude because they were doing paperwork in the office! A supervisor should be in the shop floor at all times and I'm sure it didn't take 2. Typical management letting everyone else's do the work and get the complaints (we didn't complain to the lad serving us by the way) not happy

Disappointing to see customers let in without masks unchallenged. I was behind a family of 4 just let right in no questions asked.

Poor customer service. After a wait to speak to customer services I was told I would have to join main queue to return an item. 30 minutes later I get to a till to be told that only customer services could do returns and I would have to re-join the queue. Had the girl on customer services told me I could only do the exchange there I would have waited for her to become free.
Another regular gripe is that often items aren't priced which can be really frustrating

Managed to get what we wanted today but the queue to get to the checkouts was horrendous, they need more staff in my opinion and some lights on their till to light up whenever they're free as staff were just yelling to tell people to go to their till with customers just ignoring them! I certainly wouldn't have queued up for 1 or 2 items!

I Love going to The Range, and the Staff are very helpful, unfortunately the queuing system at Thurrock Range is horrendous, always allow an extra 20 minutes to get through the till.

Absolutely shocking. Pallets everywhere on the shop floor looks like it hasn't been worked for weeks according to the labels attached, goodness knows what the back of house must look like? Death trap no doubt. If you are lucky to find an item with a ticket on good luck if it the right item behind it, queues at the tills, managers take forever to respond to a tannoy, no leadership no standards no hope and it's been like this for years. 1 star is far too generous.

Awesome range of homeward at reasonable prices! I noticed that on things such as Simehuman dustbins, their prices were lower than on Amazon. So definitely a good store to visit if you are looking for good deals. I like the hobby and craft sections as well! Found a nice rainbow colour wool which I was looking for!

The shop feels like they are still setting it up. Stuff still in shipping boxes and part finished aisles. The trouble is that it's been open for years! Lots of stuff with no prices on the boxes or the shelves. How am I supposed to work out if it's a good purchase or not?

Standard range. Always good for cheap stuff. Good for kids for birthdays or Christmas.
Manager was helpful in finding the price of something for me, as it was not priced on the shelf. Right around the corner from lakeside shopping centre.
