I'd normally give the Range 5 stars, (love their stuff, all reasonably priced) However this particular branch and staff have totally let themselves down! After having walked around the store (which still has a Halloween display on show on the upper floor.....bit shoddy really in early December!?!) We joined the socially distanced queue to pay, after several minutes of not moving, we noticed there was only one checkout open. We enquired could they open another? Was told "somebody should be there in a minute" Customer services was also informed. They put out at least 3 calls for named individuals, till trained staff and lastly duty managers, but still nobody arrived. By this time the queue was now looking more like a conga around the ground floor! Nearly 10 -15 mins of queuing with only one till operating and staff not responding to calls to help out.......come on, sort yourselves out!!! We put our shopping down and left the store......what a joke.

Well located in lakeside's shopping centre.
To me the range is like Ali baba's cavern where you find everything you need for decoration, bathroom items, painting etc.
So always worth stopping by

Disgusting customer service received at this store. Despite speaking to a supposed manager and making them aware that I am heavily pregnant and can not stand in the queue which trailed around the entire store there was no acknowledgement or attempt to fast track or even consider how they should accommodate me. I have been in other stores who try their best to ensure those less able to stand for long periods are assisted accordingly ( Primark have a priority queue, Ikea fast track customers less able to stand, Asda to name a few).Very disappointing and inconsiderate.
Poor customer service, bad queue management, messy store and poor management overall.

Excellent shop you can get almost anything in the range and it's very cheap in there you can even take your dog inside shop if you are buying something for your pet how good is that !!!!

Ground floor of store much as always. One checkout only, although more were opened when the queue became too long to ignore.
The first floor looked like the aftermath of a tacky jumble sale in a Christmas nightmare.
The smell coming from the customer toilets was overpowering and the toilets are in desperate need of a refit. Dirty floors and skirting. Full bin. Cracked floor tiles etc.

This place has some nice stuff, but has some right old toot as well. Upstairs was terrible, carboard boxes everywhere, empty shelves being restocked. Surly this should be done outside of shopping hours. Used to like this place but the last few times ive been there. Its gone really down hill.

Was very disappointed with my shopping trip there a lot of the items displayed had no price tag on them and the queues were so long for the tills in the end I had to leave my shopping and go because no tills there for disabled people some like myself who are unable to walk far and queue for a length of time due to walking difficulties. Very disappointed

Too many people in the store, the queue was winding all the way downstairs round the edge of the store. (-1 star)
Looked like Primark on a sale day, items strewn everywhere. I felt sorry for the girl that was trying to tidy up after the inconsiderate scum that makes that mess.

A bit disappointed, I bought some rechargeable earplugs and one isn't working. Will be returning it. Upset that now I got to cross the dartford bridge just for this inconvenience and pay again £5 for something I shouldn't in the first place....so yes..cheap store but you get what you pay for pretty much

First time i had ever been and omg its now my favorite place!!!!!!,Staff really friendly,we spent hundreds on everything we wanted for our newly decorated house,thought the prices were reasonable enough as well.Just as well i don't drive and have to persuade my husband when he off work or i would be there all the time!!!!
