Called Calvin this afternoon to see if he could help fix my 88 year old grandmothers tv aeriel. He called me straight back and assured me he’d be able to sort it whatever the problem was.
He was so clear over the phone and explained what he would do initially and what his charges were for call out and if required repair costs.
Calvin was able to get us booked in for later in the day-great!
I was unable to meet Calvin at the property and my grandma was very nervous about letting a stranger into her home. I called Calvin back and explained the situation. He empathised and reassured me that he is ‘a good people person’ and he even offered to call me and leave the phone on speaker while he was there.
Well neither myself nor my grandma need have worried Calvin let me know what was happening each step of the way.
He was on time and did the job, not just well but excellently. This is a person who takes pride in what they do.
My grandma was thrilled with the ‘gentlemen who fixed her tele.’
Such a great guy I rate him 5 stars and highly recommend anyone to try him for the service he provides.
To top it all of his rates are top notch.

I don't enjoy giving negative reviews especially to someone who seems to be a very nice man over the phone, but Calvin is extremely unreliable and disorganised. If he actually ever gets there to look at your aerial I'm sure his workmanship is ok. Don't waste your time on this time waster.
