Excellent service from a really friendly chap. He was climbing up a ladder to investigate why my TV reception was intermittent on the main channels IN THE RAIN!! He made a video on his phone of my satellite dish showing it was ready to almost fall off. He supplied a new dish and had the system up and running with what seemed a better picture than I had before. All done within a couple of hours (including a trip into my loft to look at installing a Freesat aerial in the future) and at a very reasonable price. I thoroughly recommend the guy.

I had been let down by another installer so I gave HDI Satellite a call. They took a few details from me over the phone and was up the ladder within 2 hours of me making the call. Up and running again in no time. The price they originally quoted me was cut in half as it was an easier fix than they 1st thought. Honest and reliable and Quality work from a top class company. Would not hesitate to recommend this service.

HDI installed an aerial for me and I’m very happy with the service, with everything thoroughly tested and working before leaving. Steve is clearly a very knowledgeable professional and gave honest advice that was in my best interest even though it meant a smaller fee for him. He was also very accommodating in carrying out the work with proper PPE etc with respect to COVID-19.

Had my first experience with hdi/ Steve about a month ago now an never held much hope as been let down by 3 local people now (not mentioning any names )I’m a local house builder an people like Steve are crucial in my work , the 1st 2 customers were very happy with the work he done an how friendly he was, have now taken him on to do the next 8 houses I am building in maresfield , would 100% recommend Steve ????????????????????????

An excellent service.
He fitted our Frame TV (chasing the wire through the wall), added an aerial to the house, updated our Wi-Fi and boosted the signal around the house.
Communications were good.
He was punctual.
His work was neat, tidy and exactly what we were looking for.

Very pleased with Steve's help. He came out very promptly and fixed our TV signal in our new house by installing a new ariel in the eves and set up the TV. He also advised on lots of questions we had about currently unused satellite cabling, built in ceiling speakers and whole home WiFi - was knowledgeable, pragmatic and suggested sensible solutions and options ranging from "this would be great if you're really in to it", through to "this would work just fine and be much more reasonable". We're very pleased, a very nice guy also, can wholeheartedly recommend.

I own Sevenoaks Sound & Vision in Chelsea and not only do we sell ALL aspects of Audio Visual equipment, but we also install it ALL too! The only part that we outsource is installing the satellite dish, TV aerial, and complex TV distribution equipment. In 16 years I can honestly say that Steve at HDI is easily the best, most competent and most honest person I’ve used. We’ve had a partnership now for at least 4 years and I will continue to use Steve exclusively for ALL future jobs.

Excellent service received from HDI Aerials and Satellite.
We were in need of a replacement aerial following the digital switchover as we could no longer reliably receive any digital channels. (The existing aerial being at least 15 years old)
Steve arrived promptly for our agreed appointment and carried out the work in a professional and courteous manner. Cabling from the roof was left tidy and secure. All internal aerial points were tested and the televisions retuned. Some (existing) poor quality cable connectors were also swapped out for no additional cost.
As an unexpected bonus Steve has reconfigured the mass of cabling and our sky box output can now be received in all rooms which we did not know was possible.
I would fully recommend this company.
