LAST YEAR I HAD THE GREAT FORTUNE IN FINDING SMART AERIALS NAME, AFTER READING SOME OUTSTANDING REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR PROFESSIONAL WORK. iNDEED THEY CAME TO MY FLAT AND CARRIED OUT WORK, I HAD REQUESTED , TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD INDEED, AT A REASONABLE COST.
THEN ON MONDAY OF THIS WEEK I PHONED SMART AERIALS AGAIN AS I WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH MY NEW SONY SMART TV, OF WHICH WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY, BUT SONY COULD NOT FIND ANY ISSUES WITH THE TV, DESPITE HAVING IT IN THIER WORKSHOP FOR A MONTH !
TOM ARRIVED, TOOK HIS SHOES OFF AT THE FRONT DOOR, AND STAYED WITH ME, AND MY TV FOR OVER AN HOUR, AND FIXING ALL ISSUES THAT THE GREAT SONY COMPANY COULD NOT. HE SPENT TIME SITTING DOWN AND TALKING OVER THE ISSUE I WAS HAVING AND IN KNOWN TIME FOUND A SOLUTION, IT WAS WITH THE ROUTER SETTINGS !!!!!!
IT IS TRUE PROFESSIONALS LIKE TOM AND HIS TEAM, AND WITH THE WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE ACHIEVED OVER MANY YEARS, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND SMART AERIALS TO ANYONE, THEY SHOW EMPATHY, KINDNESS AND ARE CLEAN AND TIDY !!!
i HAVE NOTED ON HIS WEBSITE HE HAS RECEIVED A FEW UNWELCOME REVIEWS, THIS I ASSUME IS FROM OTHER COMPETITORS THAT ARE JEALOUS OF HIS OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALISM.

Well I needed a TV mounting on a wall and searched for a company near home. I found Smart Aerials and arranged a date/time. They arrived on time and did a superb job and cleaned up at the end. They checked if I was happy, which I most certainly was!!!!! An excellent company for anything "acoustic" and very personable is the way they operate. Fantastic service. Able to come out with only a day's notice to hang a 55" TV on our kitchen wall and we were really happy with the end result. All cables plus Sky box hidden away so very neat finish. Even took the time to wire up the Sky box and programme the Sky remote to the TV. Got other quotes and was a very competitive price too. Would definitely recommend.

I have used Smart Aerials on several occasions and always reccomend them. I have always found Tom to be very helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about his work. he will give advice over the phone and even makes videos showing how you can do certain jobs yourself. The most recent jobs we had completed were to move our master telephone socket, cat 6 cable run throughout our house, move an aerial point and wall mount a tv. this was done over a few visits as we were having other building works completed. Tom always arrived on time, his work was to an incredibly high standard and his pricing was competitive. We are thrilled with the work, everything is neat, well organised and cables are hidden so looks great.

I found the advert for Smart Aerials in the Eastbourne 'Tradecatcher' publication about 4 years ago. It was a random choice . I used them again as I was impressed by their punctuality and tidy method of working. Tom is pleasant, efficient and a very neat worker. I will certainly use them again if needed.

Tom has carried out a few different tasks for us, including installing a new radio antenna, extending an existing tv antenna, fitting new sockets, mounting a new tv and installing a new wifi access point. Everything was carried out very efficiently, he was able to fit us in quickly and all for a very reasonable price. Tom checked his work very carefully and worked cleanly. He is a very friendly and professional chap and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of his technical services. The website is easy to navigate and very informative as well.

Extremely helpful. Erected new satellites dish, Digital aerial and all the connecting gubbins in the loft working around the builders and decorators. Very tidy wiring outside, almost invisible. Tested to every room and even programmed the Freesat boxes for each of our 7 rooms. Highly Recommended.

I asked Tom for a solution to get both English and French TV and he suggested a single satellite dish to target both FREESAT and TNTSAT signals. Not only it works a treat, but the installation was also completely trouble free and very nicely done, with no mess behind. Cherry on the cake, I feel like I got a reasonably good deal overall. A much recommended expert, he knows his stuff, he's happy to share it on youtube (check-out his videos!), and he's a very nice chap indeed.
