Fantastic aromatherapy massage at Sajna Tooting on Tuesday 19/4. Wonderful service from head to toe with excellent communication from the therapist. £50 for one hour. I'd love to go back but I was not impressed by being advised on leaving that the £50 price had been honoured because it was advertised at that price (!) but that the cost would be £55 in future. (I had also left a generous gratuity). This was my first experience of the Tooting branch; no warmth or welcome from the receptionist on arrival and no thank you on my departure. The receptionist there could take some lessons from the team in Clapham where customer service is better and consistently so.

Best salon in South London for waxing and threading. I been going since I was 16 (over 10yr ago) and only been to one other place since then (because I was in a different area and needed wax asap), it was awful and it highlighted just how good Sajna is. Great, skilled waxers at affordable price. Friendly staff, always do their best to fit you in. I can't imagine going anywhere else for wax. Thank you Sajna.

Had an appointment for wash, cut and blowdry a day ago. When I got there I asked how much it will cost? I was told £25. After receiving a great service from the hairdresser, I was charged £37. I paid as I also got done my eyebrows threading. The poor hairdresser got told off because she was running late and her other clients were waiting.
The receptionist (looked like the owner of the business) who did not smile, was unorganised and tells off her workers in front of the clients. I paid and left. I received a missed call so went back to Sajna, the same receptionist tells me she did not charge me for the eyebrows threading and she further charged me £11. So, I thought I already paid her £12 extra when she quoted me £25 initially and now have been charged twice basically. I paid as my two boys were waiting in the car.
Sanja needs to to be more organised and charge people with honest changes and if you are going to change/increase the initial charges, you should be informing the client with reasons. I am fuming as my money don't grow on the tree!

This is one of the most famous & popular spots in Tooting, be prepared to queue for threading, everything else you can book for. Go early, as in when they open, most other times is a queue but its worth it!

Very professional and clean, especially after COVID they have ensured they have gone above and beyond the required measures of government advice. It’s so clean I prefer it now with the enforced measures. Much less crowded and I feel safe.

Amazing haircut and brown balayage done on my hair with lovely curls finish. If only I could share the photo to share the before and after results. It was my first time at Sajna and the hairstylist Pari was very friendly throughout and kindly advised me what was good for my hair. She also had the patience do deal with my long hair for few hours. The salon was covid secure as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

I love this place for all sorts of treatments and how accommodating they are here. As it is probably one of the busiest spots in Tooting.
A few months back a lady named Pari cut and coloured my hair and she did a fantastic job. I think all of the staff here are very good and helpful. But she really helped me fix my hair colour and worked very hard. Thank you to everyone here.

Full head of highlights & cut with Eric. HLs weren’t done properly, bleach not left for long enough as hair was still orange but he tried to fix this with ‘ash’ toner, not done from the root & left a big chunk of dark roots at the front which meant I would not be able to brush my hair back. Returned the next day for this to be fixed. Hair was cut a lot shorter than discussed but let this go as hair grows quick, blow dry was done semi curly. Now I have straightened my hair I’m horrified at the state of the ‘layers’. My hair has been HACKED at, the layers aren’t blended at all. Awful. £120 to look like my 3 year old did it with kitchen scissors.

I had arm waxing with Martina last night and she was amazing! She spent the time to wax my arms properly noting the direction of hair growth etc. I then went on to have an eyebrow thread and tint with Ria who was also fantastic! Another favourite of mine is Noor! She is just amazing too! This was at the ladies only salon! I’ve been coming to
sajna’s for years and travel over an hour to go to them! They have some great talent and lovely people working there! 100% recommend.

They were proffesional, clean, covid measurments were taken and I felt safe there.
Marcia did an amazing job with my hair she was keep asking me weather i was happy with the length of my hair she did her best and was not rushing at all i highly recommend her.

I'm so happy with how sajna has dealt with the safety measures to ensure all customers and staff are safe, very clean and all safety precautions took place when I arrived for my hair appointment with Pari and Ivona, I was given hand sanitizer and my shoes were also disinfected, I felt relaxed throughout my entire treatment.
Pari my hair colourist was amazing omg my first time with her and most definitely won't be my last. she literally transformed my hair, from 0/100. I wanted an ashy blonde and she gave me the best she could especially with how bad my hair situation had gotten due to covid and being stuck at home! Her work is so beautiful and she listened to everything I had to say, I'm so happy with my results and I'm coming back soon to go lighter. Thanks so much pari for making me feel so good with my new hair.
Ivona was my hairstylist who cut and blow-dried my hair. She's always been so good. Knows exactly what suits my face shape and always gives me the best service and is a joy to visit each time I get my hair done. She's by far one of the best hairdresser I've come across. Thanks Ivona for being the bubbly amazing person you are.
I highly recommend Ivona for haircuts and Pari for any balayage, highlights or colour. They are both the best. My go to from now on.
Also the reception staff are very friendly too. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to Sajna for over 12 years now and I have always been very happy with the service. However, today I was very very very pleased. I tried a new lady called Rafeeya for face wax and the personal care and time she took was high quality . I am also impressed with the safety organisation regarding Covid. Allahumilldiah they have taken a number of precautions to provide a safe service. May they be successful abundantly, dispute our current situation .

I used to come to this place approx 8 years ago when I lived locally to have my eyebrows threaded. I then moved abroad. I'm currently visiting London & decided to the drive 16miles there and back to have my eyebrows done. Historically, the reception & staff have always been rude, unwelcoming and a bit soulless but my eyebrows were always done well, great shape (previously) & for a good price so I didn't care. This time my eyebrows weren't great, very mediocre, not much shape & I have cuts. I was also slapped about a bit by the older lady who does brows. She is quite forceful when she wants you to hold your eyes in certain places,... she grabs your hand and slaps it back down (so you are essentially hitting yourself). She told me that "eyebrow threading is £3 but today she was going to charge me £4". As I was already sitting in the chair and has driven so far I just accepted it. It is only a £1 but it's just the principle. I think she heard my accent and decided I should pay more. I definitely won't be going back there again. They really could work on their professionalism and social skills. It's a very strange place.

I have been going to Sajna for over 9years now and I think it's the best eyebrow shop. All staffs are nice and the products they use on your skin make a difference. Theres only been a couple errors since going there but never nothing not fixable. I am very loyal in who I choose to do my eyebrows a face and she is an amazing individual since the time she had started Raffia always goes over a beyond to make sure I am well looked after and I'm happy with her work before I leave. I do think Sajna could look into helping there staffs more by providing them with extra lighting when threading or waxing as I feel not all customer's leave happy sometimes knowing a ingrown or missing facial hair is still in there face because some staffs cant see them. Apart from that I'm happy and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Literally need to change the head scuff receptionist. She don't have any manner and no greeting face at all Got call to cancel my appointment I mean seriously!!! I been treated so good last two weeks ago just before my holiday on thursday evening one pretty lady on reception put me for waxing even though I didn't booked. She even carried my heavy shopping beg to upstairs But on same brunch I been treated like shit feel bad for owner she can't keep well mannered person but rude ones

I wen to Sajna on Friday and was assigned to a lady called Parul. She did an amazing job on my brows. I've always struggles with threading ladies, but Parul listened and was attentive to my desired look. I would highly recommend you look for her on your next visit.

Nowhere else I have been can do a bikini (Brazilian/Hollywood) as well as the girls here!! For pain I use emla cream an hour before the appointment which I recommend 100% and then I have a pain free amazing result wax. I use the hot wax which is really nice! And it lasts for much longer than when I’ve done it anywhere else.
I actually don’t live in London anymore but still come back here because everywhere else I’ve been has been a disappointment in comparison.

Literally the rudest staff on reception. They don't look you in the eye, they hang up on you if they can't be bothered to speak and incredibly lazy. I will never be going here again. It's cheep but take my advice and pay the extra £20 to get a professional end result, customer service and experience.

It's very convenient living near sajna because of the opening hours but the older lady who does the eyebrows always leaves me with cuts her manners are awful and the worst bit is she walks you to tills (which is protocol) and waits until you paid to make it awkward for you to complain about her. This time I've got deep cuts never going back

Prices are amazing and have stayed consistently low for years. Staff on reception are slightly miserable but I barely deal with them so its not bothersome. The wax team are great, very efficient. I wouldn't trust the threaders on my face after they took off half of my friend's eyebrow but I go there for waxing alone.
