I think you need to be realistic - Sajna is not pretending to be a high-end salon so I think the bad reviews come from ppl with incorrect expectations. It's cheap and great value for money, they know how to do eyebrows!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Attitudes STINK, the receptionist & workers alike act like they cannot be bothered. The person who threaded my eyebrows did a terrible job & didn't listen to what I asked her NOT TO DO she just went on some kind of field trip destroying my lovely thick eyebrows! I WILL NOT be returning! Although only £3 for eyebrow threading I should have bought a Happy Meal from Mc D's and I don't even eat Mc D's LOL Such a pity I had to even rate this review with 1 star for it to be counted - Sajna doesn't deserve ANY stars!!!! Good luck to all you future customers...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible,horrible experience.
This stupid insane lady did my face threading today.
She poked and pushed my face with her fingers as it was made of play dough.And pushed her entire weight on my face.
I have been coming to Sajna occasionally and some staff is been very nice but this lady was so unprofessional and simply idiotic.

Awful experience. I went to Sajna's yesterday.The woman did an ok job threading my upper lip. I asked about having sideburns threaded and she insisted I'd have to get them waxed the first time. So I said ok, and then she waxed the whole side of my face without asking me, including near my temples and half my cheeks! When I showed surprise, she said 'you didn't say'! One's sideburns don't grow on your forehead and cheeks! I hope the hairs don't grow back thicker or worse, as the hairs there were really fine. She also didn't offer me a choice about the type of wax; I later found out most people get the pink hot wax. I have sensitive skin and that apparently would have been better. The next day it is still hurting and I also look worse. The area from which the hair was taken off looks a lot lighter - so half my cheeks up to my forehead! (If you have sideburns, keep them, lots of women have them or search for natural home remedies to lessen them! I think I looked much better before even though prior to having them waxed I had been self-conscious and disliked them.)
I have also had a head massage in the past and a Swedish body massage on another occasion. They were ok, not great by any means, and not worth getting them again. The heater was on the whole time and making a funny sound when I got the body massage and the room was tacky, basic, small and overheated. After the head massage my hair looked like a grease-ball and they were going to send me out like that, so I paid to have it washed!
