I have always been going to Sajna and have always come out very happy, so I took my 11 year old daughter there to have her waxing done for the first time. She was really nervous, but with expert staff, they gave her the best, quick and fast service. She later told me that she will recommend Sajna to all her friends and I truly recommend this excellent place. Thank you so much Sajna, especially the person who is managing this place, there is an amazing value for money.

During this time of pandemic, I'm extremely impressed over the way the ladies have set up everything. From the minute you walk in, they bear the customers health and wellbeing. I do my threading and the ladies who now are trained to do this are brilliant. Have been going to Rafia and she's brilliant. Excellent customer service from this lady and will continue to go to her on Thursdays. Thank you Sajna Tooting for caring about your customers. I feel extremely safe going here.

Was lucky to have a haircut, wash and blow dry with highlights/balayage with the lovely Romanian lady, Gia today. Chuffed with the hair and by the whole experience, I was spoilt rotten with attentiveness. I asked Gia to to do something completely different and trusted her (without any real good reason) but I am so glad that she had a vision for my hair and face, which I absolutely love and looks far better than my previous style.
Sometimes you just need to let the professionals work! Gia and one of the other stylists, Rafia, are so nice, welcoming and friendly. I am so glad I made an impromptu visit! Thank you for your kindness, good chat and great handiwork! X

I get my threading done here. Usually my eyebrows and upper lip. I've had the sides of my face done previously too. It's a great service. I love the lady that does mine!! I've recommended Sajna to my friends and they all go here now too.
I've also had waxing in the past and have had my hair done too. It's all been good. The staff are lovely.

Just popped in for a haircut about a week ago. Big mistake, never do it again. From the welcoming to the service was a disappointment. Rude staff, unprofessional service. I had to go to another salon to have their cut corrected.

I have been going to Sajna for years even though I live in West London, simply because they do such an amazing job! I’m very particular when it comes to my eyebrows and was once very fearful when it came to doing them. However, Noor does an amaaaaazing job, as she understands what suits my face well (I’m assuming because of her experience); I’ve also tried some of the other ladies and they’ve done a good job too. Also, Lela my first ever waxing experience a lot more pleasant than I thought it would be, she made me feel comfortable. So I highly recommend this location!

Really bad service, they don't know to follow basic instructions. And they charged extra for ruining my eyebrows. I will never be going to them again. No professionalism, the lady didn't even greet me, I told her to keep my eyebrows thick but instead she made them so thin.

Went thru on closing time.first time visit.one bangali lady done gr8 job of my eyebrow shape and tinted.had gr8 chat with her. reception woman even stayed 10mins after closing the shop. really appreciated.want this lady to do my eyebrow again but as she told all r eyebrow ladys will do the same job for me. It's amazing.

Absolutely appalling. Rude, rushed and ruinend our hair.
I booked a wash/cut/blow dry hair appointment with Ivanna for 2 people. We travelled 40miles to have our hair done and understandably got stuck in traffic. Unfortunately I couldn't call to give a heads up since I was driving, but Sajna did have my number down next to my appointment time. No one called me. Anyway, we arrived approx 15min late and to our shock, Ivanna had taken on a 'walk in client'.
Now, I have been to many professional hairdressers from the top end to high street and never in my experience have any of them taken on a walk in client during an active appointment slot, no matter how late one is!!
So, rudely we were told to wait and were blamed for being late etc. We patiently waited. Ivanna decided to cut my hair after the walk in client. She rushed this - it was poorly cut, no shape or style and not even a decent blow dry!!! Disgusting!
Then, my mother had her hair washed and was told to wait while Ivanna was starting on her next client. This angered us greatly.
Now from the beginning we said to Ivanna look if you do not have time to cut our hair that is fine we will rebook. She said no she can do it. I said i do not want a poor rushed job.
Sadly, both our haircuts were poorly done and rushed.
On top of that we asked to speak to the manager and apparently there isn't one.
Not only do we have ruined hair but still had to pay £50!
I have had to go to another proffesional hair dresser to have my hair sorted. They commented on how poorly cut my hair was.
I am shocked and disgusted at how we have been treated.
Please Sajna, word of advice, do not be greedy. If a client is late, call them (there is not point taking down their number otherwise). Secondly, do not be rude and shout at the client, basic customer service is not hard. Thirdly and I repeat, do not be greedy. If you cannot cut some ones hair or do not have time then please be honest.

Terrible terrible terrible!! Tend to go there once in a while to get my eyebrows threaded but always a different person threading them! I decided to grow my eyebrows for 2 months and wanted the shape fixed and eyebrows kept thick. I only went to Sajna because my usual person (a friend of mine) has not had time to do them. The girl made them very thin even though I gave her instructions before she started. She then proceeded to thread the inside part of each eyebrow as they looked completely different and uneven. She took more off than she should have from the left eyebrow. Both look completely different in terms of shape, size and the left one has at least 0.5cm missing compared to the right. I told her and another girl came over who was completely useless. I am now having to pencil in the missing part everyday in order for them to look even remotely similar. NEVER EVER GOING BACK. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. NO APOLOGY GIVEN. They seem to employ any random girl that can pick up some thread and apparently thread eyebrows.

I am very disappointed with the services which i didn't even get the chance to benefit from.I was scheduled for an appointment but the very unpolite receptionist didn't even let me talk,she just asked me to go "down the road". I supposed there is another location which i looked for,of course without finding it.The lady just wanted to get rid of me without even clearly explaining what should i do next.

I went there for threading on New Year's Eve afternoon. The lady at the reception was very polite and courteous. Even though there were loads of ladies waiting in the queue, the waiting time was not long at all due to a brilliant ticket number-waiting system, therefore I had to barely wait ten minutes. My threading was done by a nice lady called Hinal who did a thorough and meticulous job. She shaped my eyebrows beautifully, without removing more than I wanted and asked me to check, instead of rushing me out of the door (since it was probably one of their busiest days of the year!) - very satisfied customer. Will definitely be back again to get my eyebrows done by Hinal. Thanks ladies!

The problem with Sajna is that they have several ladies threading but only few of them do it properly. Depending on your luck, you can either get out of there happy or with asymmetrical eyebrows. Some of these ladies are so stubborn that you can complain all you want, they will not try to arrange anything they mess up.

Went to get eyebrows done at Ladies Only branch today. Lady who served me at the till was polite and lovely.
However the lady that did my eyebrows was rude and not friendly at all.
I sat in the seating area waiting to be called. The lady walked passed me and said 'Eyebrows? Come' Normally the staff will always greet and ask you how you are etc..
I sat down and she threaded. Once she finished I took some cream and checked them. I noticed that a lot of the hair was not removed. I asked one of her colleagues to tell her as she had suddenly disappeared. When she came out I showed her where the hair (1mm above my eyebrows) was and under her breath she muttered 'that's the forehead'. I didn't say anything but even after she finished, the hairs were not removed. She was so impolite and just didn't seem to care at all.
I went up and paid and then had to remove the remaining hair myself at home.

Have been coming here for more than ten years and solidly for at least 9. Have tried their other branches in Wimbledon and Clapham as well but always come here because of one member of staff: Noor. She never rushes you and she deally advises you on shape of eyebrows waxing etc. In my 9 years have never had anyone who works with such precision and professionalism. Sometimes there are three people waiting already as they too only want to get their eyebrows done by her. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the worst salon you could ever go to. The staffs are very rude, unprofessional and unexperineced. Ive been here so many times hoping i would get a better result than last time but it could never get any worst everytime. I would highly not recommend this salon for eyebrow threading and waxing and bridal make up.

Am sorry to say but there system for booking an appointment it's really unprofessional. I went to book my waxing. I been stand in front of the receptionist atlist 10 mins but she was talking over phone on her language. thanks to there threading lady who took me to do my eyebrows. The girl was really nice and had a done good job. Next I wanted to my toplips wax. Another lady took me and start asking hot wax or strip wax. The short / Asian lady was so pissed of by her self she didn't want to listen to me.no smiley greating on reception. Giving 4star only for there threading. Will go for my eyebrows again.x

It was a worse experience to dyeing and highlighting my hair from this salon she gave my hair orange shade just like hina instead of ash gold she applied brown on full head first then applied highlights on hair which already have dye on it when brown colour mixed with h gold gave orange shade which was a big blunder and wastage of money

I heard a lot of good reviews for this salon. So when it came to my sisters engagement we decided to book hair and make up here.
I have to say what a big MISTAKE !!!!! When my sister was getting her hair and make up done down stairs I was told that I had to wait up stairs until she was finished. I was not allowed in the room. This was really frustrating because when we made the booking nothing of this kind was mentioned. The whole point was for us to be together.
They were NOT accommodating at all, when I asked if I could get changed into my outfit I told I was not allowed. They didn’t seem to understand that we were going straight to the venue after the salon.
A horrible experience.......I have to say I would never come back here again and if your after that special service or treatment you certainly won’t find it here.
If you ever want to talk to the manager .... note she is in a meeting!

My wife was planning to cut her hair for the first time in her life, she was donating the hair to cancer patients- she had long straight hair until her knees.
But the staff was extremely cold and unwelcoming from the minute she entered, all of them were sitting around doing nothing only one or two customers while she was waiting. Have no clue how they are operating a service industry with this attitude. Pathetic and disgusting customer relationship management.
To cut short the story she went somewhere else...probably not worth for new customers...

Very bad experience! The staff there are so rude with no customer service skills or politeness at all! The lady at the desk had no manners or professionalism, I went in for a half leg wax which only took 10-15mins to do. I was there waiting for over an hour and she allowed another customer who came after me and didn't even have an appointment to go through and get her wax done before me. She didn't even apologise or provide any explanations! Very bad experience, never coming to this Tooting Sajna's women only branch again.

Not worth it- Waxing full arms.
Very rushed.
She didn't even inspect my arms after to check for left out hairs. Hair came back in 2 days as she didn't wax it properly. She left behind so many hairs.
