Excellent service, they pick up the car and deliver back at the end of the day.
My tailgate was stuck need work, great price and quality work , there was a mistake with my bill that I didn't spot however when I went to pay they saw the error and reduced the invoice.
I've used this garage a number of times and from now on my only garage

Had 4 tyres fitted that I had booked through blackcircles. Very impressed with the service and professionalism from everyone I met from the reception staff to the mechanics at SVS. It can be intimidating going into a garage being a female (with a toddler in tow) however I felt welcomed and put to ease from the moment I pulled up. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, I could not recommend them enough. Blackcircles sent a faulty tyre so had to return the following week for the final tyre to be fitted and faced the same service as I did before and was treated like a valued customer. Would definitely use for any other issues with my car.

First time here and will definitely be back, excellent COVID procedures in place. Dropped off out of hours which was great and when I went to pick it up it had been cleaned which was not expected but very much appreciated. I took vehicle in without a quote and was test driven I was informed of price before any work started and test driven after work completed. Very happy and my new go to garage.

I took my evoke to SVS for the first time in July. I had been wary of not using a main dealer for work and I really shouldnt have, in fact I should have used SVS years ago ! From the moment I contacted them to see if they could help I was impressed. The work I needed doing was urgent as an engine light had come on and Barry the director came straight back to me and got me booked in the next day. The work was great, all the staff very professional and my car was cleaned inside and out which I hadnt expected. Will definately be back and highly recommend.

My rather old land rover was due a cam belt replacement, plus a service and MOT. My local garage pretty much refused to do the cam belt, so a quick search on google brought me to SVS.
Drop off was available from 7:30am, I was met in reception by the lovely Dawn, we was very knowledgeable and professional. The initial work was completed on time as promised including a successful MOT. However as the car was already at the garage, I took the opportunity to get some additional word one to sort out a few advisories on the suspension from the MOT.
SVS managed to fit the work in and complete within the timescales expected, fulfilling the parts required from stock.
I would definitely recommend this small independent Land Rover specialist for any work required.

I'm very happy with the service I've received from SVS. I'd had some frustrations with the dealership I used to visit, where issues didn't get passed on properly via the customer service team, and I find it refreshing that it's so easy to speak directly to a mechanic if I need to here. The staff are friendly and helpful, and know what they're doing, and I feel like my car is in very good hands.

I booked in my brother's vehicle (Range) on Monday 26th Oct as he had to go away so I was left to deal with it. The car just kept cutting out and losing power. SVS were able to see us quicker than the main dealership and were less than half the price. They kept us informed of what was happening and the turnaround was super-quick and efficient. Friendly and would recommend. Will use all the time now over the main dealership for sure. I've booked my own LR in for a service next week too.

Having just bought a 7 rear old RR sport I was nervous presenting it to any garage for the first time. I found SVS by an internet search and made contact for some initial advise and direction. They couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. As a result of their professional friendly approach, I booked in for an interim service and avoided the inflated main dealership.
Picking my car up, I was taken through all the servicing works carried out in fine detail. SVS provided a full report of identified issues and presented photographs which was really helpful. They offered me genuine advise and it’s apparent they really care about the customer experience.
I self confess that I’m difficult to please these days, SVS cracked it first time for me. I’ll not take my vehicle anywhere else. Strongly recommend!!

SVS have renewed my faith in garages. Stuck in Sussex with a faulty vehicle whilst on a staycation with my 2 young children, they bent over backwards to get us back on the road. 110% service @ 50% of the main dealer quote. Sarah collected my Jaguar XF 3 ltr diesel for the front & rear cam belts replacement, interim service, and MOT pm the day before the booking to allow overnight engine cooling for an early start next day. My question on what was involved resulted in my receiving a set of photos on the day whilst the work was in progress. The car was returned home late afternoon by Sarah with a smile, sparkly after its valet, 100% of the work completed to my great satisfaction at the quoted cost. Surely old-fashioned service still exists in West Sussex, the rainbow ending in RH15!

I would just like to say a huge thank you to all at SVS Ltd. They have been far better to deal with than my dealer and i would recommend anyone who has Land Rover to take it here. They are a fraction of the price and all works are completed by qualified mechanics. There pickup and drop off service is great allowing me to get on with my day without the worry of dropping it off and trying to get back to the office. Five Stars ain't enough.

Thought I'd try SVS for this year's Service & MOT on my Evoque. So glad I did. Car collected & returned free of charge, very reasonable fixed-price Service fully documented & even supported by explanatory photos, Land Rover online service schedule updated, car filthy when taken but returned this afternoon thoroughly cleaned and sparkling. Staff all really friendly, cheerful & helpful. I've never received such fantastic service on my Land Rovers before, and will always use SVS in future. Thanks guys.

Took our Evoque here for the first time having only owned it a few months. All reviews seemed good so I gave it a go. Very friendly on the phone and in person too. I questioned one of the service items Land Rover said needed doing. SVS advises me that would not doing this year, saving me a bit of money.
Good social distancing measures and car even got w valet too.
Will be back next year.

I contacted SVS to fix a tricky electrical issue with my Range Rover Sport.
They collected and delivered my car from home and called me just after lunch to say it was fixed. I was pleasantly surprised as I was expecting it to be a difficult and time-consuming issue to resolve having previously mentioned it to the main dealer when it was in for service. However, using their state-of-the-art diagnostics, the fault was traced and repaired with just a few hours labour. Very impressed!

I hadn’t used Sussex Vehicle Services before but right from the outset Barry and Sarah were extremely friendly and helpful. Barry put my Land Rover on the ramp and talked me through exactly what he thought needed doing which was less work than I had originally indicated to him. His honesty immediately gain my trust which was found to be well placed when the work was completed with an excellent job done and a very fair price charged.
I will be using Sussex Vehicle Services for all my Land Rover‘s needs from now on and would wholly recommend them to my friends.
