Phlox created the most beautiful and breathtaking bouquets for our wedding - I would 100% recommend them! They achieved exactly what we wanted and the flowers were so fresh and lasted for ages - everyone commented on how gorgeous they were. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. Professional service, prompt delivery, and most importantly absolutely STUNNING arrangements. I never leave reviews but I just had to -if in doubt - use them!

Wow! Discovered this gem of a florist in Waterloo. The staff are lovely, very experienced and nothing is too much trouble. The flowers are fresh and so are the plants. If you like bouquets that look professional and accessories that you won't see everywhere, then this shop is just what you are looking for! For stunning bouquets and unusual gifts I would really recommend that you take a look.You will be glad that you did.

I've been lucky to get a couple of beautiful bouquets from this florist and have been really impressed, both with the arrangements and delivery. I've received bouquets from other florists in the past but the quality of the flowers is much higher here, you can tell the difference because the flowers last so much longer. It really feels like a lot of care and attention has been put into each bouquet and I wouldn't hesitate to order from Phlox in the future.

If you're looking for a top-class florist with a 6th sense for bouquets uniquely designed for the recipient, then I can highly recommend Phlox Flowers. I walked in 10mins before they closed on Friday in need of a bespoke bouquet to say "thank you" for a 20-something I'd never met. I watched amazed as this incredible lady whipped up the most beautiful bouquet with flowers chosen with such care and presented so beautifully...the
person I gave them to was so happy to receive them there were tears in her eyes. It was magical - thank you Phlox!

Phlox Flowers were so thoughtful with the floral arrangements that they designed for us. We were completely delighted with the outcome, the flowers brought a liveliness to our event that we couldn't have expressed any other way. They delivered the flowers to the venue space ahead of us arriving, which was such a fantastic welcome for us. I can't recommend them enough!

WOW! I wanted to send my partner some flowers today so googled florist in the SE1 area and read the very good reviews for Phlox Florist so decided to use them, I spoke to Lucy who arranged the delivery and was very helpful. My partner called me after receiving the flowers to say they are the best bunch of flowers she has ever received!!! So thank you so much for your fantastic customer service and flowers! It is a lovely shop with a wide variety and possibility of personalisation. The ladies there are very helpful and charming. I went to buy a bouquet for a graduation ceremony and I came out with a great flower arrangement. All this at quite affordable prices. I recommend.

Extremely rude florist. I asked whether I could have the 1 and only floral bouquet in the store, and was told that that one was reserved. I later asked if I could just have the same one made and the florist said "Jesus Christ that is not available!" and kept muttering under her breath, perhaps thinking that I wouldn't understand her (because I look Chinese). It was probably a simple misunderstanding, but the hostility and unapologetic attitude afterwards meant I had no choice but to walk out. The other lady kept apologising for the florist's outburst which made it really awkward.
I took an uber to Holborn to get my bouquet, which turned out to be much nicer anyways.

Awful place, extremely poor and unprofessional service. They were asked to repot a plant, which is part of the service they offer. I handed it over and then spent a month chasing them up trying to find out when it would be ready to collect. I was given a lot of very bizarre excuses, “the lady has taken it home with her and gone on holiday” ... “we can’t find a pot” .... “we didn’t have your number” .... until finally “we killed the plant after two days ... sorry”. Dreadful place.
