I saw a local advert for SVS, so thought I would give them a go. From my first contact with Abi on the phone, I received clear helpful information. On arrival at the garage, I observed a clean professional set up. After my turbo failed on a 3 year old Evoque I was pretty concerned. However Stuart helped me by contacting the warranty company and reassured me that an Assessor would visit them shortly. I received a phone call the following working day to inform me that it was covered so the team got to work straight away on my car. Whilst it was there I asked them to complete a service. I would not hesitate in recommending SVS to anyone as I received good honest, efficient work at a competitive price. Highly recommended!

I take my discovery to svs just after byeing it I had a couple of problems with it. I spoke to Barry and he was such a general person witch is hard to find in a garage .Barry would help me and keep the cost down as my car means a lot to me after my mum passing away she help me towards the cost . I've taken my range rover in to SVS a couple of times now for fortunately minor things and have been treated courteously and professionally every time. My recent visit was for a service plus some additional work that the schedule suggested was needed. I agreed in advance what I wanted SVS to do and was absolutely delighted when I collected the car that they had only done what was necessary and not done the work that they didn't think needed doing (after checking the existing parts etc). My bill at the end of it was lower than I expected. How often does that happen with a main dealer? I'm a very happy customer and will be going again

Highly recommended! Barry and his staff were extremely helpful when we had a problem with our Range Rover. Barry went out of his way to help with the recovery of our car to the garage and prioritised our work so we could get our car back in the quickest time possible. His knowledge and expertise was extremely re-assuring (more so than the AA roadside mechanic who made a massive error in his diagnosis of our issue). Can't recommend Barry enough - we certainly won't be going elsewhere!

So we were on our way to a driver's test around the corner for 8:10AM. We were early. A woman came out and asked if we had a test and, if so, was it in the car we were in. Yes was the answer and she said not in that car as the brake light was out. We quickly wheeled around the industrial estate and found SVS who were kind enough to drop everything and change a brake light on a Passat...not their expertise. We were too late to get that test but very, very luckily they had a cancel later in the day which we took and passed our test. THANK YOU SVS. A class act!

Had SVS carry out a full service on my Land Rover defender and asked them to look over the vehicle as it was new to me.
Also got them to do a remap and i have to say I am extremely pleased with it, not only is it smoother to drive its give the defender a lot more power.
Very please with the service and quality of the work.

The team at SVS are brilliant, my first experience of them was asking for a service on short notice (just bought the car and wanted it for holiday) and they moved things around to fit me in.
I dropped the car off and mentioned that the driver window wasn’t working and making a horrendous noise, Barry fixed this literally in 60 seconds of turning up with no charge.
Barry also waited for me as I was due to arrive just after their closing time so I could pick the car up.
From first contact to pick up the team at SVS are focused on great customer service backed up by expert knowledge.

I have to give Barry and his team 5 stars for customer service. Land Rovers are great, but they can be complex, you want to be sure that the team servicing know what they are doing. I read reviews here and started using SVS a few years ago and found servicing without fuss , including updating my online Land Rover service history. I had a Haldex service flagged up by SVS on the previous inspection, Barry picked up and dropped off the car. today. Each experience has been as it should be, I plan to carry on using SVS and am happy to recommend them to you.

This was the first time I used SVS, as they were recommended by a friend who has his Discovery serviced there. The service was excellent from start to finish. The work was carried out really promptly. The communications were great, and most importantly for me, i felt I could trust them, and I wasn't going to get billed for items that didn't need doing. I used SVS for the first time last year when my Discovery needed an MOT and major service with belt changes etc. This saved hundreds of pounds compared to the main dealer so naturally I returned this year as well. I was informed of progress with the service and advised about the state of the brakes, tyres etc. My car was returned on time, cleaned and valeted. I thoroughly recommend SVS.

I recently acquired a Range Rover Sport. I was so happy to have my major service done with SVS. Finding a specialist garage for this type of vehicle is very important to me and after having work done here I would trust Barry and the team with my car every time.
