Took my Mazda mx5 here to have them fit an after market exhaust rear box and diffuser. They made an excellent job of it particularly as the diffuser wasn't a great fit and had to be modified. Very pleased with the result. Had the whole underside cleaned up and oiled while it was there well worth doing. Thanks to Lee.

Coming down the A23 the bottom engine cover came adrift and was trailing on the road, pulled into this garage and within minutes had my car on a ramp and cover securely back onto the car. No charge...offered mechanic a drink and he wouldn't take it.

Had the MOT and servicing of our two cars done here for the last two years since we moved to Patcham and they have always been a very professional, friendly, trustworthy business, that are great at communicating what's going on and when the work will be complete. A shame we only have one of those cars now! Would highly recommend to anyone in the Brighton and Hove area. Maybe an interior/exterior cleaning add-on might be a nice addition to the service (at an extra cost obviously)?

I would highly recommend Patcham Garage. Went for a service and MOT , called me an hour after I had left car to say that the original problem able to be fixed cheaper than had previously quoted for! Good at communication, professional and prompt service. Friendly working team . I have used them before( but first time writing a review) and shall continue to do so. Excellent standard .

I've been using this garage for many years. They're not the cheapest but they do the job. That said, everytime I get my vehicle back the tools in the back are thrown everywhere due to careless driving. It's happened to me more than once now and I've even seen the employees driving customer cars carelessly from there. It's disrespectful and unprofessional and I can only stay silent for so many years. Talk to your staff. Sort it out. It makes you feel like you have misplaced your trust.

Excellent service.
Chris and team are very quick to respond to queries; offer very fair pricing and a quick turnaround. I had my MOT with Patcham Garage in Feb, followed up with some advisory work yesterday. On both occasions it's clear Chris' friendly professionalism means you can walk away knowing a good job is underway. PG is a real bedrock in the local community, there's a clear lineage.
Would recommend at the best of times but given the current crisis you can be rest assured that matters are in control with these guys, thanks again.

Very honest and polite (all of them, from who took my booking to the engineer who worked on my car). I brought my car there and unfortunately it did not pass the MOT, they showed me the options and explained me clearly the problems (it helped me a lot as English is no my first languages I was very impressed with it). Didn't push me to do unnecessary work or fix a lot of problem just to be able to pass the test. So I decided to sell the car and I didn't spend money. Also, very kindly they give me a lift at home. For sure a will go back there with my next car.

Great system with being able to drop my car off and they leave the keys for you to collect as I can't get there during their opening hours. Really polite, helpful friendly service.

A text reminder for the MOT is a great touch as its so easy to forget.
They are totally straight decent guys who seem to work quickly and charge a very reasonable rate . which is a fraction of scary main dealer prices.
Finding Patcham Garage has been a really big help with our vehicle maintenance.

Firstly like to say thanks to these guys. Very impressive communication and time keeping.
Phoned to arrange a quote for a new timing belt, water pump and fuel filter change. By far came back the cheapest.
I thought I'll chance it as main dealer quoted double the price of these. They completed the work in the same day and even got to see the old parts as I was leaving the garage.
Will be making this my new go to garage.

They gave me great advice on possible issues going forward and they were able to sort them out on the day after a quick call to explain and confirm I wanted the work done.
