Got a nice crack on the windscreen. Had to wait a week before they could fix it, due to their huge work load. 4 days later, nice stone hit it and cracked it again. Twice in 10 days!. Again, they couldn't fix it for 10 days. But they contracted their. Brighton branch, and I got it done the following morning.

Booked a few days in advance, arrived, windscreen not onsite. Lost out on work to attend on the day, only to be told the windscreens not there. Manager only seem to care about his missing windscreen, showed no empathy.
Rebooked, windscreen fitted, during the install they broke some of the plastic trim (£18 to replace so not the end of the world) but didn’t tell me... use them with caution!

did a good job window wise a little bit disappointed that they broke my cup holder and didn't inform me or offer to do anything with it wouldn't be as annoyed if you just let me know but the fact you didn't so that is a 3 star rating for you

Fast efficient roadside replacement of my Citroen despatch windscreen. After being told by autoglass that they had no appointments for weeks national windscreens Brighton had the job done with no fuss in less than 48 hours from first enquiry to new screen fitted. Excellent service highly recommend.

Marcus was brilliant getting me in at such short notice and reasonably priced. Paul was an absolute star, not only did he replace my screen quickly and efficiently, when I went back 15 minutes later because my boot wouldnt shut, he helped me in sorting that too!! bad. managed to order wrong scrren..caused loads of problems. also call center told us Hove branch has phone line oroblems...phone line is down etc.
but we were told they tried to call us.. on what phone line? plus we didn't have missed call

Very helpful, sorted me with a new windscreen within a week. Had new windscreen on the van when the arrived to fix jut a small chip. Unfortunately first fix didn't work as expected so required full screen replacement. Done with an hour of arriving. Could drive the car after a short wait.

I do not recommend using this service. Asked to come in at 8.30 am for the appointment to replace broken car windows. One of the staffs advised us to come back to pick up the car after 2 hours. Came back to find out the job was not done. The receptionist made ridiculous excuses that the staff we have spoken to 'should not have said that' and he asks the customers to come in at 8.30 am because they usually don't bring in their cars on time. We waited for another 4 hours to pick up our car. Been told that he will send us a text message when the car is ready. We left 2 mobile phone numbers but the receptionist was reluctant to call us but to send an automated message to one of our phones 5 minutes before we arrived (we were so tired of waiting around so decided to pop in after 4 hours). He lied to us that he has been trying to call us an hour ago. The receptionist was rude to our family and hopefully I do not need to use this service again.

Wow, so parked up to get price for my Range Rover Velar broken front screen, popped into cleaning shop next door first, managed has a leg and half started abusing me for parking in there space. Rude, miserable, and clearly have no idea how to treat customers. Will certainly be looking elsewhere. Let’s not hope there work is anything like their attitude. Shocking
