Restores your confidence in car owning. Polite, quotes stuck to and advised on cost beforehand of broken wheel sensor. I had ignored the warning lights thinking perhaps the battery was low...Quickly, next morning, returned repaired, serviced and mot'd car. Happy friendly team and will visit again.

I really dislike using new garages as many are dishonest and overcharge, but finding Patcham garage restored my faith. Chris went out of his way to make sure my car was safe to drive and get through its MOT. He even picked up my car as I could not get in before they closed to make sure I never missed the 10 day deadline to get it passed.
I really reccomend this garage they are totally sound.

First time using this garage after a recommendation by a friend, I wish I had listened to them sooner. Excellent service and they were able to fit me in at short notice for a full service and MOT in October. Will use again in future for any problems/issues with the car and as a regular place to service my car. All costs were laid out and explained, great experience received.

Dealt with a flat tyre I had very quickly. Then had a service and MOT a few days later. Was impressed with Kris and his team - all costs were explained to me and work that would be needed at later stage was pointed out to me. Felt like I was treated fairly with no pushy sales techniques. I will be back.

I am from Germany and was with my VW bus camper and my wife on honeymoon two years ago until we had a problem with our camper in Brighton and did not get any further. The AA towed us off and brought us to Patcham Garage which helped us a lot, we were even allowed to camp with our camper on the property.

I have been using Patcham Garage for about ten years exclusively, they have a great team with expert knowledge, and if they dont know soemthing they will do all they can possible to help point you in the right direction and or suggest an alternative.
I have just recently had a full service on my Toyota Avensis 1.6 deisel (Taxi), and it only cost me £150 which is outstanding value, lee one of the mechanics also picked me up from my home when the car was ready for me to collect.
Any problems I have had with my car/s patcham garage has always strived to help and sort the problem out with speed efficiency and professionalism.
The team at patcham garage are very professional, helpful and provide an outstanding service.

I had a service done here and break pads and discs replaced - less than two years later I am told they need replacing. I get a second opinion and it transpires they have not been fitted properly, were not greased and so need to be redone on the back. This car is used relatively little and with care and not abused. I would never go back to this garage.

Took my car in as service light came on.
They tried to charge me £1300 to fit a new head gasket when the head gasket was later checked my a mechanic and it was fine.
Complete con men
Also charged me £100 just to fit a fan belt and£48 for a chemical test.
AVOID this garage as they will rip you off and try to con you

After experiencing rude and aggressive behaviour I will not be using my local garage again. I left my van with them after agreeing they would call me to tell me of any charges before fixing it. The owner informed me that after spending 2 hours they can't find any reasons for the problem, but they would very kindly only charge me for an hour of labour. So, I am to be £50 worse off and still have a fault with my vehicle? If this labour cost had been explicitly agreed before then fine, but customer service here seems to involve an unnecessary level of aggression and basically they are con merchants. I would not recommend using this business if you want a decent, honest service.
