Got most things, but just like the other DIY Stores, a rip off in most cases. When these Stores appeared many years ago they were all good cheap prices. Now it seems they have all got greedy. Wickes is still the worst mind.

It takes time if you want to find things yourself but the staff is helpful. Also when taking your receipts make sure you watch out for the highlighter ink they leave on there because my hand was covered with it after I grabbed the receipt.

Bought a kitchen larder unit had it delivered when i opened it to build it there was no handles or hinges to hang the doors with basic items you would expect to be in the package not according to B&Q this is on the packaging they said we only seen the packaging when it was delivered we were not told this when purchasing the items so poor service you don't buy a bicycle with no wheels B&Q GET IT RIGHT

It is a relatively small store but does have all the usual essentials. Parking can be a real pain but aside from that its well placed, well staffed and very useful.
