Terrible could not get help from anyone seem to be short staffed. One member of staff did try his best. I was there for click and collect the queue was big and the lady on there said I did not need to queue again so when I went back to her she ignored me and kept calling for next customer. 3 times. Eventually got my kitchen doors . Box very damaged so asked the member of staff to change it which he did but he seemed annoyed

Friendly welcome from the young lady sanitizing the trollies as she gives them to you. Can see that male customers have the same trouble following one way arrows in store as they do following one way arrows in a car park. Managed to get the (rare as gold dust) fence paint that I came for. Well organised till area with friendly staff.

Website !! Absolutely shocking, waited to view website for two and a half hours as understandable wanting to give everyone the great service to be told DIY is temporarily unavailable!! Why don’t they state this at the start & then to finish it they state they are here to serve customers who need essential items! When they didn’t even know what I was going to view , don,t waste your time or money folks, stay clear.

Plenty of space in the car park, but stock availability is terrible and the staff member at the door today asking me to use the hand sanitiser was extremely rude and unprofessional.

It's a BnQ. They will probably have the DIY / gardening thing you need. Not the cheapest/ best quality, but when you can't wait for delivery, they will carry stock.

Website a bit confused, told me item in stock that wasn't but got something similar, no queue to get it at 7pm on a Friday evening which was good, but despite all the social distancing measures in place (one way system, all customers to take a trolley to help with 2m gap at checkouts) some of the staff seem oblivious, with one lady squeezing past me the wrong way down a one way aisle. ????♂️
