Friendly staff. Well stocked. Bigger, and better laid out than I'd expected. The car park looks like it might not be big enough on a busy day. B&Q is overall the best DIY/Gardening store.

Good stuff!
I like the store a lot. You can find pretty much everything you need at reasonable price.
For example the pot of magnolia paint. I needed just a little for some quick touch ups not a big jug. If they don't have the colour you are after, they can mix it for you and will cost only 3 pounds.
Staff is friendly and willing to help and you have parking available.

Wanted some items delivered as they were big and heavy, spoke to 2 members of B&Q
Staff, but neither of them new if they were doing delivery's or not, they said they were but not sure if they still doing them.
The wife tried to order online, but they are out of stock, yet there was 7 of them at the hinckley store, but no one new if they could deliver them or not. All the gear, with no idea.

Helpful chap as I went in who sprayed my trolley - really cheerful.
Found everything I wanted - good floor markings, shame some people aren't intelligent enough to follow them

A wasted one hour twenty mile round trip to buy item showing in stock when actual stock level is zero and had been for some time according to staff. Get your act together B&Q, update your stock levels. My rating for you at the moment is ZERO.

Save yourself the trouble and drive to the Brandon road store in Coventry. This store never has any stock of the most common items and the staff are rude two older ladies in particular with very passive aggressive tones. Wonder if they sell doughnuts cause they certainly don't sell building supplies.

We visited today, the queue was not too long, the shelves well stocked, shopping was easy, getting round the store was easy as there were lots of arrows on the floor although some of them pointed in the wrong direction! Card only payments (is this the future?), social distancing ensured that human exhaust fumes had space to dissipate, although I don't think you can get Corona from flatulence! Well done B&Q!

We entered the covid aware store. The security guard ensured masks were worn and all sanitized their hands. We went to buy door handles. We required 7 they had four. A friendly member of staff advised the stock levels of nearby stores. We visited one to obtain the missing items. We felt safe in this covid aware store and would use again - unlike a nearby store who had lost oue trade

Good experience but the cashier could have been a little more polite, when she asked if my b&q clubcard was registered online to my email, I said I couldn't remember, and that I would check when I got home. Her reply was sharp, well that's for you to find out not me!

24June 2020. Good visit. Clear coronavirus mitigation in place, limit to customer numbers, 2m markers, direction arrows, trolleys being disinfected by a staff member who then offered me a trolley, etc etc etc. Pleasant and polite staff. Well done B&Q!
