With the current pandemic I must say B&Q Hinckley is the best place I have been for Sanitation levels. They are really taking it very seriously and the staff are extremely helpful!

Disappointed, staff smoking just outside exit, empty pallets lay down just in front of the entrance, just waiting for accident, trolleys apparently cleaned after each use? On my own eyes staff pushing trolley after use by somebody to clean area, nobody there, just been there for 5 minutes

Made an order 3 days ago... Order still not ready to collect... So I phoned them and they had problems with the ordering system and it was missed. Dealt with straight away phone call back in 10 minutes saying it was ready thanks for your help I can imagine times like this it can not always be easy. Thanks again x
