Didn't wait long for my appointment. The Vet I saw was very nice and thorough checking my dog over. They took bloods and we're very prompt about calling me back with the results. They dealt with all the insurance forms for me too.

During covid they have closed waiting room but not improved punctuality of appointments. Left me out in the cold for almost 30 mins till the point my house rabbit was freezing. Had to cancel appointment and ended up with distressed pet and wasted hour of my evening. Until things change would recommend Ashfield house as they are a lot more organized and setup

My dog recently diagnosed with diabetes. Not got insurance and was given practical advice and help from Ann and Aga at the Long Eaton branch to be able to manage the diabetes mainly at home.

Rather bad a friend found a missing dog and was taken here ,they did not look for a chip ,which it had ! And obviously it was then picked up and taken to pound and they now have to find 200 pound ? Which I may add they don't have !
