The best delicatessen I am yet to find in London. The fresh croissant and salami baguettes are superb. They open at eight and are great pitstop for breakfast.

Disappointing. Went there specifically to pick up Biscuits Roses de Reims after being unable to order next day delivery or click and collect before Christmas. Folks in the store didn't know what these biscuits were and more to the point didn't have
any in stock. Bought plenty, assuming the cheese would be spot on. Should have tasted it. Comté was distinctly average. Selection very limited. Expected better.

Came here after the good reviews. Not impressed. Dirty place, guy making my baguettes was not wearing plastic gloves, didn't put mayo in as requested, and then another guy almost gave my order to someone else. Small, cramped place and the baguette was just ok, nothing amazing.

This French deli is a Southfields gem. I always stop in here for a croissant/pain au chocolat (fresh and delicious every morning) or a ham & brie baguette for lunch, when I'm in the area. It's a tiny little shop - easy to miss but for the queue that usually backs out of the door at lunchtime! Authentically staffed by French-speakers, who make delicious french food with very fresh ingredients, it really couldn't be better. Oh and those fruit tarts.....mmm

Anyone passing through southfields shouldn't miss le chanteroy. A jewel of a tiny but industrious french bakery and patisserie with fabulous pastries, best ever baguettes and a constant queue for their wonderful sandwiches. And above it all, even in full rush hour, the staff is always smiling and very friendly.
