Properly cooked food, delicious coffee and friendly service make this cafe the place to enjoy a breakfast.
I've been here from time to time for a while now and especially enjoy their way with eggs. Fried eggs, scrambled and poached are all good. I've not yet tried the omelettes but seen other customers plates and they look good too. I'm a recent fan of Eggs Benedict, due to the lovely Hollandaise sauce over nicely poached eggs. Bacon is generally cooked crispier than in other places, but that suits me. And, perversely, I prefer the cheap sausages to their extra cost 'premium' sausages.
The service and staff are always excellent and must have been properly trained in the art of making coffee because it's of a quality you find in specialist coffee shops. The place is clean and brightly decorated with free wifi.
I have two criticisms: first, place is tiny and tables are crammed in but it's worth the inconvenience. Secondly, while the food is always good, sometimes it is very good or excellent - I think it depends on who's cooking. It would seem a bit harsh to take away a star for this but if I could, I'd down-rate the cafe by half a star for this inconsistency.

Lovely atmosphere, very welcoming. Room is a bit tight to sit in but cosy. Eggs Benedict was cooked very well, runny eggs and the hollandaise sauce was superb. Very much recommend coming here!

When I am in Brighton I always try to call in at Little Miss Piggies, a small, very clean and friendly café. The food is cooked freshly and to perfection with consistent quality, all at a very reasonable price. It is definitely worth a visit

We are non-white and we feel that we have been racially discriminated against by this establishment. We were on a day trip out to Brighton last Sunday and decided to stop for brunch at Little Miss Piggies due to the good reviews on Google. When we went in a young girl of about 14 told us that the wait for food would be 30 min even though everyone else in the cafe (all white people) had already been served food. As it was pouring outside, we decided to wait and sat ourselves down. The girl then disappeared and no one attended to us, so I had to fetch the menus from the counter myself. After another 5-10 min the girl came back and now said the wait for food would be 45 min instead, as if trying to indirectly get us to leave. A man sitting behind us suggested we try the Red Roaster down the road instead, which we did and incidentally, was amazing and I highly recommend.

This such a lovely, friendly little cafe, the best place in Kemptown to eat breakfast in my opinion. The staff are so helpful and pleasant and I would definitely recommend for a very reasonably priced breakfast in a chilled out environment. Small, but cosy with a window table for a larger party of people.

Appreciated the hot fresh breakfast very much and love that you can pick and choose your breakfast to heart's content.
The toilet was through the kitchen so I felt a little out of place walking through but overall it was an enjoyable experience with generally cheerful staff.
