We bught a car without seeing it over the phone. Dealer said it was mint and it was! Looks like a new car despite been ten years old. Only had 6100 on the clock. Saw other cars there was well that were priced better than we have around London. Gave us extra warrenty to cover the disance travelled.

We would like to thank both Jon and Matthew at Premier Garage for an extremely pleasant used car purchase experience.
Recently purchased a family car from Premier Garage, I initially liked the car that was advertised which matched in person, I liked that the garage was a long standing family run business. Their approach is very relaxed, honest and genuine. They offered us to test drive the car as a family with our own car seat.
We purchased the car with a full service and mot. A couple of minor issues have been rectified without hesitation in an efficient manor.
We would be happy to recommend to friends and family.

Nothing is too much trouble when it comes to putting little foibles right on their cars for sale which come with upto 15 month warranty on quality low mileage used small to medium sized vehicles,would certainly recommend them to someone looking to purchase a reasonably priced low mileage small or medium family car.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE! Absolutely appalled by the service at this garage. Brought a car from them, and when I went to pick it up they had added a locking system in the car that was not asked for. I was also not asked if I wanted it. Since then I have had nothing but problems with the locks on my car and they have been no help in sorting it or taking responsibility.
In response to the reply I received,
The car was brought in my married name and definitely from this garage. Me and my husband both rang to discuss getting it fixed. You did send out your mechanic who looked at it told me that the central locking system fitted was not a vw part which is why I was having issues. No matter how many times me and my husband rang to try and get the issue resolved we were always just passed from one person to the next or told that you would ring us back and never did. In the end we ended up having to pay to try and get the issue resolved ourselves. I stand by the appalling service received with regards to the fact that my car was modified after I had paid for it and without me being asked or told that it would be happening.

Called in to inspect a car and was greeted by a chap in a scruffy sweatshirt, jeans and trainers who turned out to be the sales manager. Call me old fashioned, but first impressions are very important when parting with several thousand pounds. The car looked lovely, but we left without it due to Mr Scruffy saying he does not allow test drives. He then tried to convince us that budget tyres are as good as top-branded tyres (the car was fitted with budget tyres). Fortunately, we saw through him, made our excuses and left. Couldn’t get away quick enough.

Fixed the faults that were reported by the manufacturer,which should have been picked up by the garage prior to sale,got told it had been fully serviced.
They (the garage even got it stamped only to find out after having a full service myself ,the pollen filter was filthy,the clutch fluid wasn't even clutch fluid,it was full of brown gunk.
I won't be using this garage in future and I can't recommend it..all you ask for are genuine, honest people and I'm afraid this garage is non of those...found another fault this poxy garage failed to mention the crash bar was bent and a 3rd party bumper was fitted. Please if you buy from here get health checks done from the dealer to make sure you dont get ripped off like I did ...I bought this car on trust ..and it's a shambles ...one word for these and that's cowboys

Hi, Just like to say I've just bought a used vehicle of quality from theße guys and the motor and customer service i received is second to none. No pushing or xtras what you see is what you pay .
Graham was great and so helpful and nothing was to much trouble .from the test drive right through to inspection of vehicle .all known history pre collection oil change mot the lot..

Dealt with salesman called Patrick. Easy to deal with and car was just as described. They had even put a new front tyre on car even though it still had 3mm left and wasn't on advisory. I travelled far,from Newhaven on South coast but was worth it as was realistic priced, low mileage, immaculate Skoda fabia for my Mrs. Would buy from them again.
