Moving is very stressful no matter what, however, moving in the middle of a pandemic is on another level.
I would whole heartedly like to thank all of the amazing people at Bracewells for all of their support, kindness and help during this time.
From my initial contact with Nicola, to the viewing with Richard and then sorting out the final details with Miriam.
I can honestly say that this team are absolutely fantastic and quite frankly made an extremely stressful time a lot less stressful.

Absolutely poor service all round. Had an appointment to view a property. I had arrived and travelled over an hour to view it and then received a call 10 minutes prior to the appointment and was told they didn't have the keys. Was also told by Richard "oh I didn't know you travelled that far", I mean if he had known then what? Poor service

We contacted Bracewells last summer when we were looking for a house to rent in North London. By that time, we were still living in Germany and were also a bit concerned to directly rent a house without seeing it before. Bracewells helped us a lot in finding the right property for us. The property descriptions and photographs on their webpage are absolutely correct and appropriate without any overstatements. The application and qualifying process for the property (which is not straightforward when you do not have a UK registration, UK bank account or creditability record) was also extremely easy with the help of Bracewells. Even after having moved in, Richard and Miriam are still offering their constant support and helping us rapidly with any issue that comes up.
Bracewells is a family run business with extensive knowledge on the London property market. They are an absolutely professional, reliable and helpful team. We wholeheartedly recommend Bracewells to anyone who is looking for a property in London.

This was during a very unusual time with everything going on with covid-19 and so we expected a move in these circumstances to be really stressful. We were proven wrong! Richard and Nicola from Bracewell’s did everything they could to help and ensured our move was as smooth and comfortable as possible...

Our experience with Bracewells has been absolutely amazing. During every step of the rental process they have gone far beyond the call of duty. From the first day that we looked at the flat, they have been extremely helpful and patient with us. Whenever there was an issue, I knew that Bracewells would take care of it right away and I never hesitated to contact them. When there was an issue, they went out of their way to resolve it as soon as possible. My wife and I recently worked with Miriam and Richard at Bracewells to find a flat in Crouch End. We had seen an apartment we might be interested in on their website, so I phoned to ask about that or any other rental properties available in the area. I had a really nice conversation with Miriam over the phone and she was able to arrange for some same-day viewings. We fell in love with one the flats, made an offer that day, and Miriam and Richard both worked incredibly fast to secure an tenancy agreement with the landlord. As we were newly arrived in London from the United States and were fairly overwhelmed by the intensity of the London apartment search process, Bracewells was a pleasant surprise in an otherwise very stressful process. Everyone at Bracewells was incredibly kind and helpful, and walked us through each step of the process. We had worked with a few other London letting agencies and Bracewells was far and away the best.

I've been living in a property managed by Bracewells for three years and can only consider myself lucky to have found such an honest and easy-to-deal-with agent in the nightmare that is London's rental market. What truly separates Bracewells from other agents I've dealt with in the past is that they do not only look to the interests of the property owners, but yours as well as a tenant (probably because they realise that happy tenants tend to become long-term tenants - an obvious win-win, but yet so rare). In a nutshell, sensible people you can talk to. Highly recommended!

We discovered Bracewells this past Spring when we moved to North London from the United States. They are a nice, hard working team - honest, reliable and someone you'd like to have manage your properties. I'd call them outstanding.
They were absolutely brilliant at finding us a flat and working with us to speed through the application and qualifying process so we could move in quickly and out of the hotel we were staying in. They were able to use their expertise to approve us in spite of the challenge we posed in that, although we had an established credit and rental history in the US, we were new to the UK and did not have credit, a bank account or any rental history. They didn't require extra deposits or a longer lease. They were willing to work with us based on our needs and since we paid for our move ourselves that is what made all the difference. This is in stark contrast to my ex-pat friends whose companies paid corporate agents to handle their transactions and used much pricier letting agents and are now paying much higher rents every month.
Since we were from abroad, they also helped us sort out furnishings and utilities, internet and local shopping. This service which goes above and beyond has made our stay a thoroughly pleasant one. I've found the other tenants are all very nice and I would say they do a good job screening tenants to have nice, responsible ones.
