I was amazed how busy it was. However, everyone was observing social distancing although one or two people removed masks after entering. It felt to me very much in and out for what you want, with no browsing. That is probably just a sign of the times and not meant as a critisim.

Beautiful plants, flowers, garden tools and decoration l, helpful staff. I escorted an elderly lady and there was no bench or a chair she could sit on in the huge building...

Wonderful. Butchers open. Plants open. Christmas decs available. Obviously no restaurant nor my fave ice cream but food hall open. Fish stall outside is open so had my fave deep fried king prawns in batter lovely.

Great shopping and garden centre. Even had a fabulous cooked breakfast. Service good and staff helpful. But the carpark is a joke. People seem to park in the middle of nowhere. There are some marked places but they're not very clear. Love the meat and fish counters.

I love this garden centre. There is a lovely farm shop and amazing butchers. A wide range of products and well laid out. The restaurant has very good food also.

Wonderful place, it certainly has everything you may need.
You do pay slightly more than some other garden centers, but it's definitely worth it!

Love this. So much more than a boring garden center. Its massive and has a butchers. Food hall and a huge homeward section. Right they they have all their Christmas decorations out too. Deff worth q look around

A fantastic day out on a Sunday, with everything from all things for gardening to pets and pet food. Fantastic clothing brands and shoes to handbags a wide variety of children's toys to ornamental gifts and a wide range of Christmas decorations and last but definitely not least a fantastic produce farm shop that stocks pretty much everything with a butchers counter to the fantastic restaurant/coffee shop???? I enjoy going most weekends when possible????

Lovely place. Lots of choice and some great food with a cute play area for little ones. My two loved the aquatic centre too where you could feed the fish! Great day out!

This is a rating about their online services. Wanted a new fire pit so looked online and said they had 6 in-stock. Went to the store and they said they had sold out, which was disappointing, so they said keep checking online and give us a call before popping over next time. That was 2 months ago. Their online page has continuously said they have stock, but every time I have called they say they gave sold out. I wouldn't trust their online shop. It's such a shame as the the store itself is good

Rubbish this year. We love this place but it's a poor imitation of previous years.
The seafood hut is the nuts though. Will still go again next year as we understand these are difficult times.

We waiting over an hour to get in with a 5 year old! What a joke...there where lots of children in the queue too. Maybe someone should think about putting music on or a film. An hour in a queue for an adult is bad enough! When we finally got in they only had 3ft or 7ft or 9ft tree. Not much use to us tbh
The up side for us was we got some lovely Christmas decorations.
We also went to the farm shop that never disappoints.

A lovely garden centre with good selection of plants, aquatic, garden statues and Christmas decorations. Has one large restaurant and cafe. The cafe is freezing in winter, food nice but service is slow. One chef cooking for an entire cafe that seats fifty plus people not really sufficient. We choose to eat in the restaurant for this reason.

EVERYTHING for your garden, plus a cafe, butcher, fresh fruit and veg that isn't packed in plastic. Aquarium centre. We drive 30 mins to get here the first time and worth every minute!

We love this place, despite being very busy they are usually well stocked and accommodating. My kids love looking at and feeding the huge koi fish. They are reasonably priced and have a good range of seasonal stock.

I have been going to polhill for a few years and love every thing about it, and glad prices are not steep and love all the local fruit and veg and fantastic range of plants, and shop, they never disappoint on there xmas range, its beautiful. Well worth a visit for all ages..
