Bought an Audi 2018 A6 (C7) 3.0 TFSI Prestige Sedan 16K miles that came off a lease. I was skeptical of remote purchase but not much choice under Covid19 conditions. However, the entire Customer Experience (CX) was top notch starting with initial price discussions, car fax reports, videos of the vehicle and later finalizing the deal with no hidden fee surprises. Both salesman Tony and finance rep Jaime were patient, prompt and professional during the entire process. Really good guys as compared to my prior car dealership experiences. Dealership did a NanoCure ceramic coating and supported an enclosed vmslux dot com shipment from TX2NJ. Overall glad the way it turned out. In summary, nothing compares to a Quattro all wheel MHEV supercharged comfort drive of Supercharged Audi 6 cylinder TFSI 340hp ????

Highly recommended this place! This was my first out of state online purchase ever so I wasn’t sure how it would go. David Carr did a VERY good job in all aspects of the sale. He was very detail oriented with making sure my needs were met. Excellent communication skills and he was not too pushy. My Range Rover got to my house in exact condition as David had described it. He also sent a great video before hand with verbal commenting during. No surprises or any problems with delivery. Jonathan in finance was also excellent to work with. Top notch place here and very happy with my purchase!

I’ve been through many car buying experiences, but this one stands out. Needed to get the transaction done virtually and fast.
I worked with Trevor and he did not disappoint. He went above and beyond. Here’s why... he communicated exceptionally well, took the time to send a video and didn’t try to over-sell. He listened to what I wanted/needed and made it happen. Jamie in finance also listened and worked with me to finalize everything quickly.
Last but not least, Trevor took the time to not only educate me about the car, but also gave me detailing ideas for the car. For me it’s priceless to work with someone who’s that passionate to ensure such an amazing customer experience. I highly recommend!!!

Excellent place to buy a used car. I've never had a good experience at a used car dealership. People weren't pushy and got a good deal on a 2019 BMW X5. While there I fell in love with the place, having old remodeled classic cars in their showroom which made me want to come back and look again. They also had tons of other high performance remodeled or used low mileage vehicles. I would highly recommend this place.

I was very impressed with Arthur the level of customer service and the value! He even drove me around and explained everything and then did the same for my wife! I contacted them via chat at 6:30am on Good Friday. They responded by a text at 7am when they weren’t even open and the actual manager messaged me! Gave me top value for my Z06 corvette and I was able to purchase a Lamborghini Gallardo! They have my business in the future for any exotic car purchase!

I called Earth Motors looking for an Audi A7 that I had seen advertised. Tony answered the phone was quick with his answers,extremely efficient and warm. He scheduled an appointment after confirming that the car was there and available to purchase. Upon arriving I waited a few minutes and Tony came around the corner with a kind welcome. After deciding that I wanted to move forward,he went over the details and my husband negotiated everything to our liking.
The entire process took no more than 2 hours which is far better than I was expecting.
I completely enjoyed my experience and Tony was a big part of that. Hey even assisted me the next day when I asked where I could get formats with the logo on it. My husband has fallen in love with several other vehicles in their inventory so I am sure that we will be back soon.

I recently was looking for a used Audi A7 and found one at Earth MotorCars, among other places. Their negotiations, customer service, and overall experience at the dealership was first class!
I live in the Austin area and there are not many used Audi A7's in the area, so I started looking elsewhere in the state. After briefly exchanging emails with the Earth MotorCars sales representative Mr. David Carr, he called me and we discussed all details over the phone. He was very professional and straight to the point. I agreed to drive to Dallas next day.
The car was as sharp as Mr. Carr had described earlier (in addition to pictures, he also recorded and emailed me a video of the car). There were no "if", "buts", "sorry", or any extra talk - Mr. Carr answered all the questions and handled everything super fast and very professionally.
Their financing department worked fast and professionally, too. Everything was straight to the point and no surprises. After financing part was complete, I was handed the keys.
Absolutely loved my experience with Earth MotorCars - if I'm going to buy a luxury car again, I'll definitely turn to Earth MotorCars (and Mr. Carr specifically).

Trevor, Hoss, and Jonathan were absolutely amazing. I just purchased a beautiful 2006 997 from them. I overlooked the car and requested certain items to be fixed and they did exactly that and more. Everything was really great! I originally went in and was set on getting an S7 then after the numbers were already ran, I I wanted to look at the S4 and I loved that one as well! Nice showroom and lots of inventory. I chatted online with someone about a specific vehicle and he said it was available. I called immediately and spoke to "Bobby" to confirm availability a second time before driving 25 minutes each way. Bobby said the car was available and he would bring the car around and have it waiting. I arrived 45 minutes after I spoke to Bobby who informed me he found out the car had been sold. I asked why he didn't call me before letting me waste my time driving over. He "just found out" and offered other similar vehicles in which I had no interest. I then waited around and he came out with "auction guy" who apologized. I get it, cars sell, but I don't like having my time wasted. Bobby should have called. It will be interesting to see if I ever hear back from this dealer on what I was specifically interested in.

I was in the market for a vehicle with a specific trim package which made my search more difficult. I happened to find exactly what I was looking for at Earth MotorCars. Being that I live in St. Louis Missouri, I was a little hesitant to inquire about the vehicle since is was so far away from me in Texas. I'M SO GLAD I DID!!!
I submitted an online inquiry on Sunday when the dealership was closed. First thing Monday morning I was contacted by Dean about the vehicle.
