Great clean. Oven looks good. Chiko was polite and provide a good service. However he forgot to pull apart the glass and clean inbetween the glass panels of the oven. Definitely will use again though

Worst service ever. Only half the team turned up to clean even though I was made to pay the whole cost upfront with the guarantee there would be no problems. When I tried to phone them to get an explanation- lots of telephone numbers but only answer machines available. Eventually after 15 calls I was told "oops sorry" and they'd refund half my money. Too little too late. Very unprofessional. Don't use this service and if you do, prepare to be disappointed. The cleaner that did turn up, who was very nice, told me this was the third occasion this had happened to her this week. Clearly an organisation that really cares about their employees... fantastic services NOT.

Chiko cleaned my oven today, he arrived on time, in fact a little early, which was wonderful: no hanging about for hours waiting. Chiko was a very pleasant polite person who got on with his work without delay, cleaning my oven extremely well and efficiently. I am extremely pleased and happy with the service that Fantastic Services offers.

UPDATE: Fantastic services refunded me the £98 I was charged for the quote, and have said they will investigate thoroughly to make sure this doesn't happen to other people.
They took £98 from my bank account without my permission for a plumber coming to QUOTE. They asked for my card details as part of registration.
The quote itself was 7 times a quote from a different plumber.

Lyudmil and Svetoslav did an excellent job today. They worked hard to clear our back garden which had become rather overgrown and gave it the care and attention it deserves. We were also really impressed with the jet wash to the front yard and the removal of a large conifer that was blocking out our light.

I had 2 tv wall brackets to install, booked for 4pm, but handyman came at 2pm, instead, he did prior telephone me, his name is Stephan, what a lovley man, so friendly, pleasant, though it was expensive, it was worth it, i would recommend fantastic services I do use them as and when. Please thank Stephan for me, such a nice man. Please thank him personally for me. You all stay safe. Thank you.

The actual cleaner I had was amazing - and not necessarily the booking process with fantastic services. So the review is for the cleaner who did a great job cleaning my bathroom and kitchen making everything shiny and spotless.
Fantastic services will charge £7 for cleaning products and bring items that’s can be obtained from Poundland. I was hoping for domestic products I can’t source myself and keep.
