Fantastic Services Not: More like 'FANTASTIC STICKY FINGERS'.
I have used them for a few years for carpet cleaning for quick easy end of tenancy cleans. I have another service I use when I need a deep clean - that's a clue right there that I should have taken note of. I was persuaded to sign up to their Club Membership and thought this was a safe bet - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In return for an annual fee and spending money with them, they tell you that you get credits to use towards other jobs.
Although it turns out you can't use the credits for anything and the credits disappear from your account - its a total scam. I've spent thousands with them but alas - no credits. The handyman job that they came to do was terrible done by an untrained person who had no skills in the area he was supposed to be an expert in, another scam artist. They took extra money off my card that was not due, despite the handyman being there for less time than I paid for. Five times they took money from me that was not due - the last time they refused to pay it back and I had to get Lloyds to open a case for me and to get involved to get the money back for me and to get the job completed satisfactorily. Before Lloyds got involved they were not even responding to me.
Bad workmen, bad communication, bad customer service and extremely sticky fingers. Not only have they stolen money from my credit card, I am also now owed £459 pounds in credits to use with their company that I can't use because they have been disappearing and now they have decided that there are only a few services that the credits can be used for. The Club Membership is a scam - I'm warning you do not do it - it is a ruse to get an annual fee off you and get you to book in substandard tradesman and services that they employ for cheap.

I would like to dedicate this review to Ivan Georgovski who provided an excellent hard floor cleaning service that exceeded expectations and also gave great after care advice/support on how to maintain the hard wood floor. Ivan was punctual, polite, professional and helpful, allowing me to see the quality of the cleaning between scrub and polish and also answered questions I had on cleaning other wood surfaces and minor scratches honestly. I am very impressed with the outcome of the cleaned and polished hard floor and I would highly recommend Ivan for hard floor cleaning and Fantastic Services. I did a lot of research to find a suitable hard floor cleaning service for my new property and after many calls, quotes and reviews, I found Fantastic Services had great reviews, offered professional services with certifications too, all at a very reasonable price. I would like to say a big thank you to Ivan and the Fantastic Services team for providing such an excellent quality service. Requesting a quote online was straightforward. I was called back within 24 hours and booking was easy.
The team arrived ahead of time and we agreed what was a priority and how best to socially distance.
Ornaments were handled with care and everything put back as found.
All cleaning was carried out to the highest standards and I could not fault the finished work.

I had Galina and Ralitsa come today to clean my client's house. They said 3 hrs, but after about 2.5 they called that they finished. I must admit I was concerned that something must have been left out because it seemed to quick. But when I inspected the house, I was just shocked how good job they have done because the house was really dirty. Carpets, oven, everything just cleaned beautifully. I must say this service really is fantastic!

TERRIBLE CLEAN
DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR CLEANING - pics below
I booked a £315 professional clean for 4pm for Monday. Fantastic Services repeatedly called and texted me over the weekend trying to rearrange for 1pm or 2 pm which I couldn't do and I had to ask again and again to keep the 4pm booking.
The cleaners arrived at 2pm on Monday. I could only let them in at the agreed 4pm. They stayed for an hour and left. I asked the cleaners to call me when done so I could agree the work was finished which the cleaners did not do. They left dust on the floor in every room, hairs on surfaces, did not clean the dining chairs (as paid for), did not clean bathrooms, marks left on kitchen counters and left all their rubbish in the hallway.
All reparable if the cleaners could come back the next day (even if it means rearranging my day and parking for the cleaners etc): but the customer services is the worst part. Complaints can only be logged online, and so far it seems to take about 12 hours to get any response. Fantastic Services call centre say they can't help as they are a different department. I have spoken with 5 different people from Fantastic Services and noone has simply been able to rebook the clean let alone offer a refund! All I have had is sorry that this happened.

The cleaners returned the next day. We finally got a professional clean standard in most of the flat, but I had to go with them room by room and repeatedly point out what to clean. Every time they said a room was finished we would go there together, I'd pull out say the bed and could see it was still dusty, so I'd wait for them to clean it and then we'd move on to the next room.
It was a tedious process and I would not use this service again. The inventory clerk the next day said the flat had mostly been professionally cleaned though, so I will up my review to 2 stars.
Clark called me after I posted this and was really helpful and nice, was up to speed on the situation and understood that the company had fallen short of a £315 service, so offered me some money back.

Wonderful experience, the team were truly fantastic. Super friendly, made a stressful day feel so much more relaxed. Everything was moved with care in a tricky and difficult moving space with lots of stairs. What’s even more amazing is that they put our furniture together for us after moving everything. We were so touched by their kindness and incredibly impressed with their skills. Certainly saved us a few hours and a few broken screwdrivers. Would highly recommend and will certainly hire again.

time and could only do BBQ part of job FAIL. Cancelled whole thing wasted my time. Refunded after countless phone automation shenanigans and eventually got through on FB messenger to a nice lady. Will not be using in future.

Sloppy cleaning quality, sneaky about trying to increase prices and unreasonable customer service that does not listen.
These services are not only NOT fantastic but the customer service component is equally appalling. I instructed Fantastic Services to do an end of tenancy clean for a 1 bedroom flat; they quoted for the service. Any reasonable person would know that an end of tenancy clean would involve a deeper clean. However, they arrived at the property and immediately tried to increase the price stating that the kitchen was wasn't clean! This beggars belief! Smear marks and trainer prints across the floors where someone had clearly walked across the floors while they were wet. FS said their operatives wear shoe covers where they did not! They did a terrible job shampooing the carpets and I had to pay another company to come and shampoo the carpets. So what was a £200 job for a small flat is now close to £300! Fantastic cleaners originally waived the extra cleaning charge (which they were not entitled to charge) and customers services are now writing to me EVERY DAY demanding that I pay the extra charge as well as parking (which was not originally disclosed). Absolutely disgusting service.

Worst experience ever... and I'm still paying for it now. It's unfortunate I didn't notice the good reviews were fake prior to booking the end of tenancy cleaning, however I will make it my mission that no one else will pay money to this dishonest company again.
Firstly the cleaners arrived hours after the 12pm slot I booked so I was unable to stick around to oversee the cleaning. I returned bright and early the Saturday morning and was disgusted. The cleaners seemed to forget their extensive check list as my washing machine was not cleaned, they did not deep clean the carpet (paid for) or hoover for that matter, spiders and cobwebs remained in the closet, the over doors was not cleaned, dust and hair was found in a few cupboards.
Despite logging a complaint, still 5 days on and I haven't received a satisfactory resolution. The customer service/complaint department refuses to speak with you on the phone. Only emails and their online portal. They're pushing a re-clean which will incur cost on my end for additional transportation to allow them to carry out a job that should've been completed the first time yet refuse to compensate for said travel. And they're also refusing to give me a refund. At this point I would rather book another cleaning service or finish the cleaning myself than book with Fantastic Services again.
**Edit **
Since posting, Clark, a member of the customer service team, has been in contact to arrange a re-clean and a refund for travel back to the property. Clark was extremely helpful and empathetic (maybe members of the customer service team should be trained by him). I will say though, that the re-clean did not go as smoothly as I'd hoped (the cleaner was polite but needed to be instructed every step of the way and I had to ask him to re-clean areas multiple times until it was done properly) and I was glad I decided to stay at the property to oversee. If I hadn't, it's likely I would've been in the same position again.
It's unlikely I'll use Fantastic Services in future as this caused a lot of undue stress during an already stressful move.
I've increased my rating to 2 stars solely because of Clark's assistance.

Had the Hob of stove cleaned Chiko done a very good job. Hob done nicely but just noticed the grills around hob not very clean so that’s disappointing unless that’s a separate charge. Will now change to 3 stars won’t let me change ratings .
