It is always difficult to find good handy man in London, esp. under Covid lock down! TMT was professional and very helpful. Bek visited the sites and wrote down detailed work I'd like to carry out. On the day Aladdin came with all sorts of tools, well prepared and very tidy. He re-grouted and re-siliconed the bathroom, cleaned up after. The bathroom looks good as new! Definitely will work with TMT again.

Please make these guys your go-to carpenters. The booking phone was answered, a time organised, the worker appeared early, worked cheerfully non-stop, was really careful about not getting drill dust on electronic equipment , and completed the work in record time beautifully. Billing prompt, efficient and reasonable for such an excellent job. Whats not to like.

Only a waste of time!!
They have quoted, waited 20 days before visiting, they said it was a straight forward job in fact they didn't want to take a deposit, they watend to squeeze a 1 week job in 3 days and then they have emailed that they will not take the job... They have certainly caused a lot of nuisance and inconvenience!!
It was a paint stripping staircase and re-varnish for around £1k job and they have said it was too small after having quoted and reassured they "would have love to take the job and that they have done ma y of these in the past".
Don't trust, go somewhere else they are a waste of time and certainly unprofessional!

I have used TMT twice for handyman services. Both times their crew was professional, able, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. I looked around a lot before chosing them, and if you live in Central London they are the best value that I could find. Other contractors quoted 4-5 times for the same job (e.g. £300 to hang a curtain rail!!!). I will certainly use them again and recommend them. My only criticism is that even if you make an initial request by email a phone call is required to make the booking - I suppose that this is to keep the scheduling accurate, but it would be more convenient for the customer to have a fully online service.

Steve completed a job for us this evening (replacing tube to shower head). He was very thoughtful and professional (e.g. asking if he should take off his shoes on the cream carpet) and was friendly throughout. He was efficient and had the job (and clean up!) completed really quickly.
Effective and clear communication from booking to completion, including emails and confirmation text.
Great service, definitely recommend to others.

Really outstanding service. Not a huge job, (annoyingly leaking toilet valve) but they were over very quickly, and identified a new part was needed. Obtained and replaced the part - no fuss, and within the initial estimate. But then it seemed the problem reappeared - so they were back to make adjustments and decided to replace the (presumably faulty) part. No quibbles - issue fixed. Really pleasant to deal with (over the phone and in person) - efficient, tidy and effective. Will definitely use again. Recommended.

TMT recently completed some light refurbishment work for us. It included re-painting the flat and a few other odd jobs. They are not the cheapest, but definitely worth the price. Bek was very responsive and good with communication. I would usually receive a response within a few hours. This means any issues or mismatch in expectations can be quickly rectified. As with most contracted work, there were unforeseen issues (e.g. having to contract an electrician separately). But any issues we experienced were always managed with excellent customer service and we were provided with reasonable alternatives. The job was done to a satisfactory level and we had the chance to inspect the work before completion. The contractors were polite and left the property in a clean and tidy state. To be able to trust somebody in the trades industry is quite rare, and I would recommend trying our their service.
