Really nice service and nice people. They cleaned things that we hadn't even thought of, went above and beyond. App is incredibly easy to use. Will keep using it. Once, I asked a question on chat and no one responded. Overall very good.

Not only did they come out within an hour at 11pm at night to solve my mice pest problem - it actually worked! So far I have not seen the pest again. I was so shocked at that time of night they came within the hour! So impressed with the service.

We initially had a terrible experience with this company but the after care team is pretty good. My complaint was dealt with professionally and swiftly by Carrie who definitely takes pride in her customer service.
I cannot speak for the cleaning quality as we ended up not receiving the cleaning that we had paid for. But I can speak for the customer complaint team. They are attentive and deal with problems in a pleasant and satisfactory manner.
I was refunded immediately and given good customer care.
Thank you to Carrie! Top notch employee.

We booked the cleaning service and oven cleaning. In the first Instance the cleaners cancelled as they were supposed to arrive so everything had to be rescheduled for a week later. Then, the oven cleaner never arrived... no explanation, he just didn’t show up. Customer services never answer the phone. After several calls and messages left I got an email to tell me that we would be refunded for the oven cleaning, I replied asking why a total of five payments had been taken from our card with no explanation but am yet to receive a response. Surely it is illegal to continue to take payments from a card without authorisation and very disconcerting that they have the ability to do this.
The five the cleaners credit, they did a good job but dealing with fantastic services has been a total nightmare and very unsettling due to the unexplained payments. I hope to hear back from them soon regarding my request for clarity on this matter but am not holding out hope. Overall I would suggest avoiding this company at all costs.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Had my most expensive piece of jewellery stolen from my vanity table while my bedroom was being cleaned - they opened an "investigation" but of course the cleaner claimed she had never seen the small bowl where I kept it before, despite this being an obvious lie as it was moved while she was dusting. Would absolutely NOT recommend using Fantastic Services for domestic cleaning after this experience - or if you absolutely must (don't know why on earth you would), make sure to hide all your valuables!! Can't wait to receive the same automated response as all the other reviews where people have had their valuables stolen.

Really the greatest clean that has ever been done for me, I was genuinely shocked I could not stop telling them WOW. I was really blown away they did not miss a thing even the top of the light switches were dusted and clean.

My tenants have just had these guys do their end of tenancy clean. I went to do an inspection and was shocked by the poor quality of the cleaning but this shock was soon eclipsed when I found they had left my back door wide open!
The closer I looked the more examples of poor cleaning I found.
They hadn’t emptied the cupboards in the kitchen apart from taking the washing-up liquid and kitchen roll, they hadn’t cleaned the inside of the windows, they hadn’t cleared the bathroom except for taking some of the cleaning products.
I found cobwebs behind the sofa which wasn’t a huge surprise given what else I had seen but I was still shocked to find even more cobwebs in plain sight in another room.
I contacted the company around 12:30 and they initiated me to a WhatsApp chat. The WhatsApp exchange lasted over four hours and I have attached a screen shot of the last few exchanges. Four hours and 11 exchanges.

The worse experience of my life.
I moved house and used their removal service.
They sent the wrong van type, the van driver was arrested (not for anything related to the move), the goods were treated careless and got ruined, the move was completed one day after and in all of this the customer service was impossible to get in contact with...
A nightmare from which I am still trying to get out, as I was charged also for the time during which the driver was handcuffed by the police!!!

Booked their Window cleaning service as we're moving house. We paid £106 to have the windows & sills cleaned on a 4 bed house . The guy came and just used a brush and extension whereas the sills needed a more thorough clean. Left the water dripping down the windows and fobbed me off with the fact that they would dry clear as they used purified water! To be fair some did but some didn't. He was here for about 20 mins max which works out at £318 per hour! AVOID!

This has been a nightmare through and through.
We have booked a simple jet washing service, that was literally no way to mess up and yet again Fantastic did not disappoint. The service was for a very important client of my company. They failed to attend the original time slot and asked us to reschedule. They then did not attend a second time and did sent us another automated message which asked us to change the time slot again. Nobody even bothered to make the effort and contact my team personally.
Needless to say that this made my team look unprofessional in front of our client, but when I finally received a response written by an actual human they had the audacity to ask us to and I quote "give us another chance" and to offer to shave 20 quid from the service as a compensation. You may find this laughable so far, but it appears that this was not the end of it all.
I was just informed now by my finance team that the payment that we have made BEFORE the service that they did not attend TWICE has still not been reimbursed into our account.
Please, if you like to be mentally tortured, try to book their service. Otherwise look elsewhere.

Super happy we booked Fantastic Services - they were a lovely bunch of people and did everything very efficiently. The whole process was very clear, with a straightforward series of steps. We had a booking time slot and could leave messages for our handymen/cleaners pre-booking. There was lots of flexibility to add more services to the booking and the guys were keen to help with any other jobs around the house or advise when they were here. On top of all that, they did a fantastic job in the house, gave it all a huge effort and their full attention. Love the results! Highly recommend and will use again ????

I contacted Fantastic Services to arrange for cleaning of my hardwood floors. I have had an exemplary service from first contact through to completion.
The technician was Ivan and he was great. Very professional, friendly, thorough and transparent about what he was doing and also around expectation of what could and couldn’t be achieved.
I would definitely recommend both Fantastic Services and Ivan as I was very happy with the service they provided and the professionalism with which they went about do it.

Dishwasher heating element was broken...Book a repair for 2 days time, repairman turned up early at start of the window given. All fixed within 90 minutes, including having the correct spare part. Covid safe and left clean and tidy. Very good value.

We booked an oven cleaning service which despite a few reschedules it turned out to be a job very well done. The cleaner was very friendly and did a superb job making the oven look like new.
