Georgi Yordanov did a fantastic job deep cleaning the carpet on the stairs, landing, and 2 bedrooms this morning. Removed a ton of ground-in dirt and dust and left everything looking clean and smelling fresh. Very pleased with the outcome.

Have used these guys regularly for gardening, handyman work and now waste removal. Really great service - always very pleasant, efficient, professional and hard working chaps with can do attitudes. I was uncertain when I booked fantastic services gardener, we normally use a specific contractor. These guys were brilliant. Incredibly efficient, charming and great can do attitude - I have recommended them to others already. They got a huge amount done in an hour and left everything looking immaculate. Izabel started to provide cleaning services to our house about a month ago. She has an excellent eye for details, takes very good care when handling and dusting fragile objects and is flexible to changing cleaning requests such as to focus more on certain areas at times.
Izabel is a friendly, respectful and pleasant young woman who is willing to receive feedback on her job with a genuine desire to improve if need be. Once she understands very well your house and your cleaning requirements she doesn’t need further prompting.
I recommend Isabel as a very good and trusting person if you want to make your house shine. However, she may need prompting for dusting certain places at times.

Our engineer Chico, telephoned me to ask if he could come earlier than expected, obviously we happily agreed. He was an extremely pleasant man, who put on his little blue shoe covers to protect our carpets, he explained everything he completed to our washing machine and dish washer, and gave advice on how to care for the items generally.
Everything was to our satisfaction, Chico left some information for future use, plus a price list for any other items we would like to use in Fantastic Services in the future. Thank you.

Georgi was an absolute star! I wish I could give more stars! He was confident, professional and very informative. I spent time explaining the issue and how to prevent future problems. He cleaned the sofa beautifully and so quickly. With 8 years of experience he is clearly an expert! He was the 2nd man sent to our flat to sort the sofa, the first guy was not able to and did not fix the sofa for us. *Make sure you ask for Georgi!!* Great price, proper job done! He even helped me take some boxes down to help clear my hall way! FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM GEORGI ✨✨✨

Luis was on time to the flat I was just exiting. He was very professional. Appropriately dressed, he wore shoe coverings to protect the floor and carpet in the room. I had a carpet stain that I had struggled to remove. Like a miracle, the stain vanished once Luis was done cleaning it. I will recommend his service without hesitation.

I couldn’t praise the services enough! I booked a last minute removal services after my initial booking with another company got cancelled and since the beginning I had a great experience. Customer services were very helpful and the removal services were simply excellent. They arrived few minutes earlier and were so professional! Will definitely be using them again on a future move!

Cleaning services met the expectation but Fantastic were abysmal in handling the the last minute cancellation from themselves. Last minute cancellation, I accept was for valid reason but I was frustrated that they had no contingency in place. I had to hand-hold the agent on different solutions he could provide me. For most of the solutions the answer was “I understand but we can’t do anything”. Finally after 1 hour of me suggesting multiple alternatives he was able to arrange for a general clean (downgraded from steamer and full clean). I was asked to buy the cleaning supplies, arrange a hoover (thank you neighbor!), all of which I did as I was desperate. I had planned my check out relying on Fantastic. Moving is generally stressful and Fantastic did not make end of tenancy cleaning easy. If you choose them, don’t make my mistake of planning check out dates relying on them, bake in ample buffer days. They are poor in providing you alternatives should something go wrong.
[edit/update] since this feedback, Fantastic customer service have reached out to me and explained the reason for the misstep in detail. They also reimbursed me for the cleaning supplies. Whilst the incident had left a poor taste, customer care have demonstrated they care about rectifying the errors. Bumping up the stars based on my interaction with customer care.

They contacted me after my initial review and said they'd come back to me - but, guess what, I've heard/received nothing. £106 for washing windows and sills with a glorified paint roller for less than 20 minutes is an absolute rip off by anybody's standards. Paying upfront is obviously very advantageous to companies like this as once they have your money it's nigh on impossible to challenge the workmanship (or lack of it as the case may be!). My advice is to look locally for a trusted and respected firm rather than use this outfit.

10 weeks in and I have the same cleaning operative, this makes a huge difference when hiring domestic cleaning via a professional business... You could get whoever is available but not this company. My cleaning operative now knows my family. She's professional and always a few minutes early. It's in the name - she is fantastic ????
